I chose Filmation, but I also loved the UK comics/magazines as they really incorporated so many characters, etc.
I chose early mini comics as that's what I like best, but I think motuc with only one source would be very boring indeed.
Photog is here! thank you, Mattel!
Now how about some mini-comics love (like Lodar, Geldor, Dakon......)? And Mermista?
One glance at my signature and you can tell what I picked. Not only is almost every character in Filmation's MOTU toon the "real" version for me, it also allowed me to vote for POP at the same time. I have no time for a He-Man canon that doesn't include She-Ra.
As much as I love FILMation, I had to choose Vintage Toyline!!
Thankfully, MOTUC includes it all!!
"Oh Lord, Bless this M&M... and the mighty cockroach I slain in battle to get it." - Al Bundy
2002 cartoon of course!!
This is the only source where the story was really well created (with mc creations comics but I can choose only 1 source)... POP comes after.
i chose the mini comics.... thats where i started and thats what i dig the most......as a kid the cartoon kinda turned my off of he-man with all its goofy-ness...
Just when you thought it was safe to take a pee.....- Hard Ticket To Hawaii -
Naturally my vote had to go to my good buddy, Phil Massion!![]()

This was a tough one, but i originally fell inlove with this line the first time i purchased the toy which was before the cartoon.
Vintage Toy Line for me
MVC comics from 2002
icons of evil & all the other comics were the best.
i'd fallow those than any of the other motu stuff that is out there
Filmation is what i grew up with so it'd have to be that i guess.
Early mini-comics![]()

Its a very good question and very hard to answer.
I couldnt deicide between:
For me the Minicomics and the Original Toys belongs together and have the same weight for me.
And the german Masters of the Universe audio plays.
This is it
The audio plays furnished the BEST Stories and gave the figures the BEST character and the Minicomis (Alcala) the BEST look. Comined with the Original toys , was it the best fun every as kid..........
After that of course the Filmation Cartoon. I often remember how i sat in front of the TV and watched each 2 second day at 8:30pm Masters of the Universe. It was like birthday every time.

Vintage toyline for me...

Heretical Vintage Purist and Non-Fan Extraordinaire!
I picked Vintage toy line but it really is a toss up between that and Filmation MOTU/PoP.

BLÅÇK FLØWËRŠ!!!!
I voted "Golden Books" because from what I've read on the 'Org. those had the larges amount of mult-platform characters, from Original to the books, to Filmation owened, to even movie characters, and Vintage classic figures.
I love MOTUC so much more than I could because it is a huge mix of everyone from everywhere, so I'd want whatever source had the greatest assortment from everywhere, and I think that's it.
I may have voted (or include this in my vote) the seemingly unmentioned UK Magazine or comics.
I chose Filmation because that's what got me into He-Man in the first place. You can't do MOTU with just one aspect/era. I'm just glad MOTUC encorporates everything MOTU. The way it should be. This franchise is gonna be 30 years old. That equates to ALOT of evolution and change so using just one aspect of MOTU would be boring.
Support Green Mini-Comic Trap Jaw in MOTUC!

I say the Filmation, simply because it contained almost all the vintage toys as characters, and many more that were never made into toys, that being said...made in the look of the vintage figures like they are being done, but with a more Cartoon accuracy. But I too like the variety, while not a fan of the 200X vein popping toys, the toon story intrigues me.
i voted for vintage toyline
I went for 2002 cartoon, the best remix of MOTU in my opinion. I might have voted for the MVC comics, but as I haven't read them, I'am unsure of how good they are.
I am currently accepting commissions for custom figures, just PM me with your project

Yes! Filmation is leading the pack!!
Without a doubt, Filmation is the most recognized and iconic version of MOTU....
Where are the rest of my New Adventures Classics figures?!?!?
**Staunch FILMation lover!!! **** MUST complete the New Adventures Faction!!!**
MOTUC NEEDS more TROLLANS !!!
Filmation for me no doubt.
The original and the best: the vintage line!
