I am trully thankful for all the MOTU goodness that we have. Despite issues over minor things from time to time, I could not ask for a better MOTU toyline.

Aaahhhh! .... Positivity Thread ... I am bit late but I have to say there were great reveals at NYCC. With the mix of figures/beasts/vehicles this line just gets better and better.

OK ... it looks like that unlike the majority of fans here I like 200X repaints. After we got the gold Mer-Man armor in the Weapons Pack I bought another Mer-Man figure to have his 200X color scheme in my MOTUC collection. We are about to get classicized 200X Evil-Lyn and now Man-At-Arms! The snake head is great - the MYP cartoon and its story is my favorite. Serpent Ring is a plus! And I read in the forums that Toyguru and 4H are considering to add the arm cannon ... way to go!

Griffin - another plus for 200X fans! Still hope for the other 200X repaints and Snake armor versions from the 200X line. Never understood why there is such hate for Skeletor 200X repaint (Disco Skeletor). I always liked it a lot.

Horde Prime - another character to the mix! This character is unknown to me but I bought the Filmation He-Man and She-Ra series on DVDs few weeks ago so I am sure there will be some info about Horde Prime when I watch the POP episodes. Let's see!

And I read in the news section that flocked Panthor might be released - great news indeed! Definitely want to have both version of Panthor - flocked and unflocked.

Castle Grayskull is still considered ... nice

Because most of my posts involve critisism I'm gonna say this for the positivity thread:

Motuc is the best toyline that I could wish for and really hope this line will continue untill 2020.
There is no line like the motuc line I love it!

I always try to stay positive, because if we arent positive, the line can fail, and we don't want that. I love it all.

MOTUC is easily the greatest line of action figures ever made and will probably go down in history as such!

Sure there are things everyone will find to complain about, but the line as a whole, is stellar!

I know I do spew (sometimes more than) my share of negativity, but it's only out of frustration for what is the BEST toyline on the market right now making some pretty glaring missteps.

That being said, this IS the BEST line that's available right now. I love it. I love the variety, the updates, the (for the most part) quality...this line is head and shoulders above anything that I could have ever expected.

I don't know about "positivity" but I lack the will to moan like some.
I used to once...I cared...I had the drive to rattle the sabers over what is ultimately pointless nonsense.

I lack the fire to moan over minor quibbles. Does that count as positivity?
Mattel will do what Mattel does and one day the line will die off like all lines do, although hopefully it won't be for a good long while.

In the meantime I'll let other, younger fools shout and scream and jump up and down. I know for some people there is a certain amount of "fun" or even "satisfaction" in the shouting and moaning but I find it tedious.
Hence why I don't generally do forums for what is a forum if not a place to moan and complain.
As long as I keep getting my figures month and month then I am happy.
Always in the market for Painted Backgrounds from the Filmation MOTU + She-Ra Toons, Bravestar, Blackstarr.

    Oh, no!

Best wishes for a quick and full recovery for your little one!
Sadly, you can't divorce emotion from a toyline built on nostalgia.

having the Wind Raider include a stand is a huge unexpected but so very perfectly cool. Mattel wins again.

I'm glad someone posted this. Quite frankly, I'm sick of all it. I'm all for constructive criticism but some of the hate that some of the .org members spew is unnecessary. Many people seem to think they're THE expert and everyone else is wrong and when you respond differently in a thread you're attacked. I don't post too much, I'm more of a lurker most of the time but I have been on the boards for a long time. I was a member in 2001 but lost my account because of the switch to private email accounts but I have been on the threads everyday for more than 10 years and I have never seen it this bad before. Even when the 200x line was ending I don't recall so much vitriol (I could be wrong, it has been a long time).

There are things in this line that I feel could have been better: things like Buzz-Off and Clawful's headsculpts, Leach's hands and feet, and the vac metal on HH. But all-in-all I'm very happy with the line and I hope it continues for a very long time. Screaming about how much you hate Mattel and what was "the last straw" is not going to get anyone anywhere. For God's sake, I'm 31 and I'm probably one of the youngest people on the boards so let's start acting like adults here.

By the way, fball 13z, I hope everything is okay with your little one.

I too am happy with what's coming in 2012. There's a couple I'm not happy about, but jeez... MOTU Classics is shaping up to be one of the greatest action figure lines of all time. In my opinion.

Yay! That's great, man. Cool beans indeed.
Ask not for whom MOTUC is made, it's made for thee.

If you have to disclaimer your like, then you don't really like it.

Mattel announced this at NYCC - It will be for 2013!! Subscribers will get a chance to vote for obscure characters that many are asking for. I hope that we get one vote per subscription as I purchase 3!!!! HAH!!
