Finally getting The Fearless Photog! And he looks great! Hes even got some cool extra accessories. He will fit in great with my other master.
Fisto!!! Oh, man I've been waiting on this guy. Matty gave him everything! The 200x sword, 200x loin piece & head band. He looks very gritty & tough. I like that. I'm keeping two to show both looks.
The Sorceress finally. Cool wing spread. Comes with Filmation painted Zoar. Finally adding this important good character to motuc.
Very exited about Kobra Kahan. He look perfect! Two heads, great buck, & a new sculpted gun. Oh, & don't forget his little lizard buddy.
Stinkor! With original smell! I'm very pleased. He comes with two heads, gas tank, mask & an extra gun accessories! Thats sweet! Exactly what I wanted.
Slush Head. Another N/A character! And he looks awesome. I hear he can be filled with water. I'm looking forward to this guy. I hope more fans of moutc warm up to N/A characters in the future.
The Griffin is a big surprise. Something I have wanted. He looks great. Very cool that Matty listened to fans & changed his wing colors. That is something I really appreciate is that Matty listens to fan & yes tries to correct thing to make the fans happy.
Snake Moutain stands. Nice. Fun to have some stands specific for the bad guys.
Horde Prime. I was very surprised by this. I'm a little indifferent, but this is what I kinda pictured. A red Hordak with cyborg parts & much more menacing. I'm very thrilled about the UK comics head.
Shadow Weaver. Wow she looks perfect! She has a stand so she looks like she is floating. Got her book. Wow wow wow. Only thing that is a bummer is she is only for sub holders.
Snake Man At Arms. I'm very happy with SM@A I personally wanted a variant of M@A. I'm getting two one for silver armor custom & 200x M@a. Was very considerate that Matty worked on SM@A to give fans something more. Even a future gun cannon!
We are getting new Mini comics! How cools is that? By Dark Horse Comics. This will filling in the story gaps & give something fans have been wanting in motu for a long time.
Thunder Punch He-Man is awesome! Extra translucent power punch item & cool vac mettal. sweet.
Spikor!!! Wow this guy has been highly anticipated. And he looks great. Hes even got the trident that can be switched out for his hand. Something I know a lot of fans wanted.

As a fan of MOTU (and related) and Voltron, 2012 is shaping up to be an incredible year, and I can't wait to see what the last quarter & SDCC have in store.
Out of curiosity, for fans collecting both MOTUC and Voltron: how do you feel about having seen all of what's coming for Voltron vs. the "slow burn" reveals for MOTUC? I find myself almost wishing Voltron had followed suit, but I know they wouldn't have been able to sell the sub without people seeing the full Voltron... waiting anxiously to see what's next for MOTUC and then waiting for it to be released seems less angst-inducing, oddly enough, if only because there is (typically) a shorter time between reveal and release. Having seen all the parts for Voltron, October feels so far away (but having a complete Voltron in that month makes a great birthday present for me, I suppose)!

I really hope that SDCC kicks it up a notch or twenty when it's revealing time! I don't wanna get my hopes up but if we're getting the figures that we are for the first half of the year, i almost shudder at thinking at the possibilities from September onwards!

I got my Demo-Man/BG EL today and I can't believe how impressed I am with DM. This just proves that no matter how many pictures you see, the figures are even better when you have them in hand.
Speaking of getting them in hand, I am so looking forward to seeing Spikor MOC, reading the bio and opening him for the first time ever. I never had a vintage Spikor, but my cousin did, and he has always been one of my favourite figures.

I love that Mattel includes everything in MOTUC, Classic MOTU, POP, NA, 200x, etc but there is just something about opening a figure from the classic 80s line and seeing it all grown up into an amazing MOTUC figure, Im foaming at the mouth to get Fisto this month and spikor is right up there with himI know, how dare we?

Not to knock Fisto (because he is awesome) but I had him in the vintage line, just like the upcoming Kobra Kahn and Stinkor. But when there is a figure that you never had but always wanted it just adds a little more excitement to it once you finally get it to open.

I got my shipping notice yesterday and I cant wait. I have been looking forward to Fisto since this line first started and the wait is almost over. That fact that Sorceress(whom I never had as a kid) and Shadow Weaver are coming too, is like a double layer of frosting on the cake.
