I’m a U.K customer I’ve received my August delivery missing man-e-faces ….I’ve had to email digital river three times just for them to understand what I’m saying …it’s a totally useless exercise they’ve changed their story three times this time round they’ve said the man-e-faces figure was shipped separately. I don’t think this is the case at all as no one else has received the Sub shipment here in the uk separately (magator and Man-e) also the invoice clearly states both megator and man-e-faces packed together. I’ve totally had it with Digital River and Mattel I’ve cancelled my card thus cancelling my subscription. If any of the Mattel people are reading this this is my order number 9944254600 please feel free to check for yourselves!
