The rolling eyes say it all about these ridiculous support threads. This is beyond scraping the bottom of a barrel now your digging a hole.

Come now. Don't you want a zestful spoonful of Chef Allen's soup du jour? I'm sure he is a fierce warrior both in and out of the kitchen!

With support threads for...everybody apparently... I think at this point we might as well take it from the sublime to the ridiculous!

Chef Allen might just be MOTUC's version of the "ice cream guy". I'd rather not see a monthly slot get used up for this fatty when there are still countless other characters to be made.

Guh. Yes, I actually hate the design of the scientists so much, that I actually would rather them not even get made. And I'm the guy who usually is like "I dont want it, but I wont begrudge you wanting it."

But I begrudge those scientists. In some ways, I even like them from a character and story standpoint.

But those designs....ugh. I hate them with a intensity of 1000 suns.

NA Scientists Thread

The Scientists are major characters from NA and were in practically every episode of NA, not random extras like villager#4 or even the Tug of War guy. They were the Man-At-Arms of NA and built regular contraptions for He-Man to use. They are comparable to Queen Marlena or Shadow Weaver in their supporting cast function, only instead of Filmation, it's Jetlag.

The Scientists I actually want. (At least they'll be nice, quiet toys.) Chef Allen... Only if he came with something extra nifty...even just old version repaints of the King and Queen, like I just mentioned in the Randor variant thread.

Let's be serious here for a moment. You mean to tell me that you would rather have those goofy looking children character's scientist than a Warrior in Yellow? MOTU is a action figure line not a Fisher Price line because that is what those goofy characters look like they belong to. We need to get back on track and say no to goofy scientist and chef's and get back to Warriors.

Yes. Although I like 200X and Pre-Filmation the best, I'm not limited to those eras and want everyone. Scientists included.

Besides asking for the Scientists is like asking for Madame Razz, Kowl or the Twiggets. They were in 65 episodes of Jetlag cartoons and are a big part of He-Man's supporting cast in that cartoon.

This is about the only reason I would like to see Chef Allen... the ability to recreate the Eternian scenes from the movie. Although technically it wasn´t even the real Chef Allen, but really Skeletor in disguise. However now that I think about it, it raises the question of where the real Chef Allen was that entire time.

This was one of the characters they weren't even trying to do anything fitting to Eternia, instead just animate a French looking cook in earth clothing.

I think we need a new forum so we can cover all the characters Filmation ever animated in an alphabetical order, as that seems to be goal of the forums of late. After that we could do animation error figures, everyone wants those!

I know you're joking Penny, but (maybe I should be ashamed to admit this) I actually want this figure. Now don't get me wrong, I don't think there should be an official release of him or anything, but I've actually been planning to make a custom of him because that would be a funny figure to have.
