I want He-Man to have his Power Sword and Skeletor to have the darker version of He-Mans Power Sword. Just have Skeletors sword be one of destruction.
Off course We want He-Man have his The Power Sword....but
Do You want Skeletor has his Sword? Similar sword than He-Man's The Power Sword but Darker style than He-Man's or two swords like Skeletor had in MotU 200x? Or Skeletor need use his Havoc staff only

..He-Man has earth-magic, Skeletor has blood-magic
...She-Ra has blood-magic, the bird Sorceress has earth-magic
by earth-magic I mean rock crystals from Eternia, not from Earth.
Don't just think of how cool the GreySkull sword is, try thinking about how She-Ra's TV show sword was stupid..
I storyboarded these movies, and I am ready to make them as a director.
(or as a cheese eating executive like George Lucas)
When I drew and wrote it out, I used the Evil Lyn wand as a tool that She-Ra would have, that Skeletor would give her, to increase her blood-magic.
I called it a pearl from the underwater pearl crops that Mermen farm.
The pearl has been out of sunlight underwater, as the Eternian sun and moons are a source of magic.
(oppositely like the SunStone, which I crossed with the Diamond Ray in my movie storyboards, making it the most powerful rock-magic on Eternia)
Why would Skeletor need a sword?
He has the Havok staff, which has a pearl hiding behind the animal skull.
(Havok, as in 'Peace and Havok', peace like the bird, Sorceress)
..

FOR ME, I would like to see Skeletor with just his Havoc Staff. The reason being that when I see Skeletor with a sword I always think about the whole joining of the two swords to open the Jaws of Grayskull thing. I don't like that too much.
I think it would be cool for Skeletor to have some sort of sword, whether it be a dark power sword or more 200X style double sword(s). Then you could have an epic sword duel between He-Man and Skeletor at the end of the movie.![]()

Skeletor is realy a symbol for weakness.
Skeletor uses magic, in my movies, mostly fire and ice, also mind control.
..some levitating and possibly a lightening finger.
With Skeletor having a sword, it would bring about the idea of combining blood magic and rock magic. That's too much, the one should oppose the other.

Skeletor should have only one sword and the Havoc staff.

Havoc staff only.

Doble sword like 200x .. very good effect. not ever will be all magic. some action to between both enemies![]()
I would like him to have the staff, and the double sword.
I hope they do have the 2002 style fight scenes as well.
Not to come across as ride, but I don't think the whole blood/earth/etc. magic angle should be used. The general moviegoing public won't care about all that-it comes across as too D&D. (I don't care for it either, honestly.)
As for the swords, yes, Skeletor should have one, even if he only uses it when forced to do combat, relying most on his Havoc Staff.
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

I'm fairly sure D&D didn't distinguish differences between rock magic and blood magic.
..I think it was just about endulging the individual mind with images and 'do anything you want' reasoning, that made those with a lack of intellectual quality, think they could fly,, in front of moving cars.
.(although I recall playing -Heroes Quest- a few times)
"Conan., What is best in life?!"..
Okay, but that wasn't really my point. I just meant that it's a bit too hard fantasy for most.

I think that people need to be encouraged to find reasons why Adam and Adora would fight each other.
..I think there is too much thought into He-Man fighting Skeletor, when I'm convinced that Skeletor has an issue with King Randor, more so.
Please let the swords be of a simple design, like the original MOTU. My biggest peeve with 200x He-Man was his sword. I hate, hate, hated the ridiculous techno-crap design.
I happened to love the "two halves to open Greyskull" storyline.
Old people used to annoy me at weddings by pinching my cheeks &
saying that you are the next.
They stopped doing that when I started doing the same to them at funerals.
