Okay! I have created an Illumina Fan Page! Anyone that has already friended Illumina is invited to do so again! The reason for this is two-fold:

1) Many fans prefer joining groups, as this protects privacy settings.
2) In trying to convert the standard page to a fan page, I think I confused Facebook and they locked me out of the account!

FYI, there will be a group page started by bamf1980, asap. There was a discussion about how many more people we can get to sign up on one of those pages, rather than friending someone. Stay tuned...

Profiles and Groups aren't going to get nearly as many people on board as a Page would.

You just click "Like" and you're set. Everyone can dig that. I know that applying to join a group isn't the kind of thing I feel comfortable doing (with the way Facebook is set up).

Gah, you're right. That's what I was thinking of when we were discussing this... Somehow it evolved from doing a fan page to a group page.

I don't think that's a horrible thing. We've exceeded the first hurdle (50 people) in less than a day. The next hurdle is 171 or something like that. Then, I read somewhere that it's 250.

Scott's nice, giving us small goals like this. It's like going on a diet. You can't shoot for the target weight in the beginning.

I didn't know the character until a few months back when I saw Emiliano's drawing. But I immediately wanted her made into a figure:

She is esthetically pleasing, looks challenging and will fit in very nice with the barbarian theme already established with He-Man, Vikor, BG TeelA etc.

The Mighty Spector, on the other hand, does none of these things...

I wish I could help, but I've managed to avoid joining Facebook for this long, and now that I've gotten used to Google+ I'm even less inclined to do it anymore.
