IMHO not an interesting design or figure at all

I am okay with (the design of) anyone seen on the pictures below but I' ll take Hydron to join Icarius on the shelves.

Ark, I think it's the "animated female character I've always wanted syndrome" like we see with 200X Evil-Lyn, Shadow Weaver and Scorpia. Crita is NA's version of that trope.

She's got two costumes.

She was the "Uhura" for the Space Mutants and looked something like a witch. Around the last 10 episodes, she became the mutant liaison (read: Queen) of a race of aliens called the Gleanons, as well as a major character.

I've even watched a bunch of NA and I don't remember Crita (not that I tend to watch these things in the clearest state of mind).
