Create-A-Character: Our own universe

No offense at all to you and York way or thinking. Because I have been there before.. that being said I think the fear you to have is something that keeps alot of great stories from being shared. Being scared someone is going to steal your ideas is not good enough. Starting a blog what is easily documented and for all to see will clearly date the soonest you had your thoughts.

I´m calling him "Cai-Man". It only exists a rough sketch of him. And I would be happy, to see how he will look, then you revise him.

I created this character more than a year ago for a german custom contest, but was not able to finish him.

The evil Horde is often compared to different Horrorfilm Monsters from the Universal Film-Studios.
So I followed this Idea, and got my character.
A humanoid Alligator in a Horde Trooper-like Armor. His name comes from caiman crocodylus.

I know, there are other alligatorlike characters on the board like Swamp Chomp by MasterEnglish and Ferogator by Harold.

But why shouldn´t I post mine? There is enough space for all in the MotUverse.

Hello everybody,
I comission 2-bad to make me some new cool figures.
All will be some next 3D figure.
Actually Simon Grell work on Mantisori 3d draw.

2-bad do some awesome job. I like so much his artwork. And he'll make me lots of other draws.
I have ask him a mantis, a komodo varan, a scorpio, a crab, some snake-men, a velocyraptor and other...

I initially had decided to abandon this threas since it was meant for the discussion forums, but holy cow is it getting awesome!

Tech and Wolfster, you already know what I think of your characters. I love em! And I an so glad for the inspiration they've given me to continue my art.

Bob, I never liked Orko, hence my dramatic redesign of him. But Darko is sick! I'd love to render him if you'd be ok with it =)

Harold! Holy cow! Every single one of your character ideas were something I had to look at over and over again. Just pure fan ideas blowing me away!

And Red, most of all, I love your point. Some ideas may be similar... I mean you can see some clawful, Sssqeeze, andeven similarities in Wolfsfang's Ant-arctic in Harolds designs. But so what?! They are al individual and new characters who fit into the Mythos extremely well and provide an inspirational and exciting newness to the line we love.

And Simon have finish to make me Mantisori 3D draw. I'll have it in hands in 3 weeks. And now he start to work on Ferogator or Scorpius.

2-Bad is always a pleasure to work with. My favorite design is the large black snakeman. I believe he is the Komodo Warrior. He is simplistic and interesting.

And I'll have new figures soon.
A skeletor warrior for Horde, a new Snake-Men with body and tail looks like General Rattlor but with two heads and another looks like Spikor with lots of spikes on arms and legs.

I'd really like to see some new renditions of Sir Seror and Knight of Grayskull (two of Wolf's characters that i helped write the bios for in the New Vision).

It's really frustrating not being able to post anything to this thread. I dug up the best sketches I had of my fan characters, but I still can't scan and clean them until I find some solutions to the problems I'm having with updating my computer.

I absolutely loved drawing this character. It would be obvious to see why Orko fled Trolla after looking at this bad boy.

I'm enjoying what's becoming of it too! i know Wolfsfang told me I could re-do any of his characters; so with that, you got it!

Don't expect too much. They're sketches I haven't posted previously because they aren't that great. I guess I could post the few charcters I've posted elsewhere previously, because I've got them on photobucket already.

Here's my abandoned Create-A-Character concept:

Stingorr is the guardian of the Amulet of Akhreb, hidden in the Temple of the Sun. Or maybe the Temple of the Moon. He is immortal and very powerful when empowered by the amulet but becomes a mere mortal if it's removed from its resting place. That's about as much backstory I've thought up for him.

These guys I posted before in the revision thread:

Ssyrakh is Kobra Khan's father and the high priest of the Cult of Serpos among the reptons. It's not a very popular cult. His son thinks he's a fraud.

Clawesome is the heroic crab guy who still doesn't have a better name. Also, I didn't draw his loin cloth on him, so he's actually naked. Have pity on him.

Well if this will go on... I will be glad to had Zotek to this Universe

He lost his arm and was "repaired" by Zodac, his name was Zoter, but he changed it because now he is more "Tek".

He don´t talk much but fights with tremendous strength and like me he tend to be very cunning.

I can see your point. Heh, if I had wanted to start a blog documenting the history of my ideas, I should've done it in 1991.

I'll figure something out, and when the time is right, something of my character universe will be shared with someone.
