I don't watch Robot Chicken, have never said one negative thing about The Mighty Spector, and am a ToyGuru apologist, but I like Mo-Larr more. He reminds me of a dentist from the Flintstones.

Here's the thing: It's a lot harder to make a decision than many think.
Origins:
Mo-Larr is Obviously a joke character since he first showed up in a Robot Chicken sketch.
Spector is a serious character created for the 30th anniversary. His creator says that he made him an entry in the 80s contest.

Here Spector seems to be more MOTU worthy...

Name defines his identity (or action feature in some cases):
Mo-Larr, obviously sounds like Molar, tooth, dentist... ( the same way you can associate the names with their actions like: Stinkor, stinks or Trap Jaw, has a spring loaded mouth that can trap stuff, or Dragstor, dragster, drag racing, he races across the floor)

The Mighty Spector, OK so what does he do now? Mighty, he's strong... Nope! He's a ghost? Nope! wait He's a Former Palace guard who has been chosen to become a Time Traveller... wait what!?

Mo-Larr wins this category hands down.
what does he look like?
Mo-Larr: An Eternian wearing a dentist coat.

Spector: A purple suit and a yellow harness with a spade on his chest. He also has an iCosmic Key NANO. He does have a 90s Superhero vibe to him. (Gun, holster, the leg strap with his ammo, the Purple spandex and yellow harness, and last but not least the chest insignia)
While both are made with a LOT of shared parts from Eternian figures, both kinda look out of place next to the rest of Eternia's crew.
I would have to say: Draw

Now, why I voted Mo-Larr:
He may look a tad out of place, being a dentist and all that, but the whole name that tells you what he does and that you can tell what does he do by looking at him gives him a SLIGHT advantage over Spector.

Imho, neither of them... But I eventually voted for Mo-Larr, picturing that this poll question was asked to me by an angry mobster holding his gun to my head at point blank range and forcing me to choose or die.

Both! This entire toyline has been ridiculous from it's inception! Just look at vintage Mer-Man's shocked and horrified face. I LOVE IT. All of it. They can throw whatever they want into this line. It's all hilarious to me.
