I'm curious as to how you got your tan. It seems anyone that ever loses weight is a shade or two darker than they were before they started exercising. Were you working outside more or did you take trips the beach to get one on purpose?

I am naturally dark complected, but also spent a lot of time in our swimming pool this summer.

Thanks! And you can do anything you want to do. I was addicted to fast food and soda and haven't had either in 1 year now. I don't even miss them.

THANK YOU! When I see my before pictures I am in shock. I just never saw myself that way. I put the before and after pics together yesterday morning and my wife and I were just in awe!

I struggle with my weight constantly. I try to eat right and get to the gym at least twice a week, but it's always a battle to avoid gaining. So I'm always impressed (and a little jealous!) when someone is able to beat the weight curse!

dude... i never understood how hard it was to loose weight and loose it at that rate... After my wifes dad passed away a couple of years ago she started to gain weight and it's been a while but after a couple of years.. same as you.. working out and eating right.. she lost 80+ and i can't be more proud of her!!! and now she is at a healthy weight!! but to see someone go through that first hand is quite an accomplishment!!!! so well done my friend!

Be sure to keep this up, living healthy isnt easy. You might be tempted to stray but dont do it.
