Yeah, there needs to be WAY more going on with this figure to make it feel worthwhile for me. A blue tank and lighter fur is not much of a paint difference in my eyes.

Unfortunately, as a 3 time subscriber and 30th anniversary line subscriber, this is the first figure I regret having to pay for. And as others have said, we kinda already have a MAA snake head. Granted, this one is angrier.

I thought that sub holders were superfans who liked everything, and the cherry-pickers are the ones who try to 'mess with the sub'? hahaha
Glad not to have a sub.

In all honesty though I do feel bad for sub-holders who are forced to buy this thing. The head could have been packed in with another figure, a cool variant could have been released instead in June, and most people would have been happy.

I was all for a Snake MAA figure but all that is different is a head and ring. They could've released that with another figure instead on me having to shell out another $20. I was hoping for the Snake Armor colors, emblem, arm cannon and regular head. With all of those accessories I would have bought 2 or 3 figures of him.

I'd rather have .org members laughing at something with sense of humor than finding something else to complain about. Nobody is attacking or dissing Austin. We all know what he meant.

Did no one notice this? Unless someone misheard, the panel rundown over at ToyNews suggests Snake MAA WILL get a 2nd head:

- June 2012 Snake Man-At-Arms. Comes with the ring we've seen. Comes with 200x colors and alternate head. The ring may be in diecast.

Too true. A headpack is much less morbid for the customers than paying $30 for a head and a ring.

Seriously though, I do not want Snake MAA out of the sub (he comes with part 2 of the mini-comic story). His paint job is basically what I was hoping for the first time around (light green and brown like the 80's toy...and 200X toy). However, I feel he needs his ponytail head (no helmet) and arm cannon.

I mean, out of ALL the characters we have gotten so far, Snake MAA is very lightweight on accessories. We were told after the Goddess and Zodak that there would never be repaints in the subscription, and now we have Battleground Evil-Lyn and Snake Man-At-Arms. Hmmm...

However, if they can include the ponytail head and arm cannon I will be 100% behind this figure. That colour scheme was wanted, the other things would make him cool and more in-line with other figures, so give er!

Before anyone says coming with the mini-comic is enough...well...that money didn't even come from MOTUC...so...it cost the MOTUC line nothing.

In summary, new ponytail head and arm cannon please!

I think a request thread for those items would be good.

I didn't see that before. Hopefully that's the ponytail head! Then we only need the arm cannon and I will be very, very happy with this figure!

I mean, first release Man-At-Arms had 2 heads, mace, gun, sword, 200X Power Sword. That's a LOT compared to this version (what we've seen so far, at least).
