I actually put off playing the rest of the game until I can get the last of the characters I want. It's been a ghost town for months and months. It seems the popularity took them a bit by surprise. I finally found the DLC pack with Slam Bam (who is very cool) today at TRU. I think the only characters I have left to get are Lightning Rod, Cynder, Ignitor and Wham Shell. That only leaves a few characters I'm not sure I'll pick up. I may just take the plunge since I'm so close to getting all of them.

I really have to take my hats off to them. The game is fun, and the character design is really top notch. Plus, has there ever been a game with this many playable characters, each with such unique abilities? It's pretty awesome just for that from a video game standpoint.

TRU released crystal blue bash today.

Dragon’s Peak Adventure with Sun Burn is now out as well.

Zook, Lightning Rod, Camo, Warnado and Wham Shell should all be out soon to hold us over until the giants game gets relesased.

Picked up a few figures but man the scalpers zero in on these, I got to TRU the day it was announced they were out and all the 3 packs were gone, the lady said they were sold out of most stuff within 30 min. only a few stragglers left but since i had none it worked out.

Picked up Cynder and Double Trouble from an endcap at Wal-Mart last night. Eventually these have to get easier to find.

Didn't take long but the wife and I are up to date. Zook and Lightning Rod were found at Wal-Mart, and TRU got in Dragon's Peak with Sunburn! Last ones are Camo, Wham Shell, and Warnado! If I got my info right, those aren't out yet but will be soon. After that: all done! It's really too bad my wife and I are insane or else we wouldn't have tried to collect them all....

I love this game, it's so much fun. My only complaint is, I would have liked it to be up to 4 players vs only 2. I can't wait to find some of the new skylanders and try them out. Out of the ones I have my favorites include Flamslinger, Drobot, Trigger Happy, and Dino-Rang.

These things are finally showing up everywhere again, and the "Limit of 1" at TRU has been removed! Target, Wal-Mart, and TRU in my area are all fullys tocked and have been for about a week.

I've recently added Wrecking Ball, Bash, and Legendary Trigger Happy to my collection! Woo!

I got Double Trouble (love his design) and Flameslinger, they are still htf in my areas, but Eruptor, basher, the tree guy sonic boom and whirlwind are easy to find. looks like they were heavy packed?
going to get the 3ds version near summer.

Currently I have the 3DS version of the game. Target has all of the Starter Sets for $20 off this week, so I think I'm finally going to spring for the PS3 version.

Love Trigger Happy. If you have a chance, upgrade him fully. There's nothing like machine-gunning enemies down with limitless ammo. Talk about FUN.

Has anyone picked up any of the Legendary versions at TRU yet? I'm curious if these Legendary versions show up differently in the games, such as Dark Spyro (comes with the 3DS) not only having different coloring but also altered attacks (a lightning ball instead of fire).

FINALLY found Lightning Rod today! Whoooo! I was starting to think I'd never find him. I think Warnado is the only one I need now.

The colors show up in the game, but the only differences they have is some increased stats. They'll show up in the blue and gold in both the 3DS version and the console version. Also, if you're curious, Dark Spyro only has different attacks on the 3DS. His dark colors show up on the console, but otherwise he attacks just like normal Spyro.

OH MAN...don't even....don't give them ideas. I don't need more of these to buy. I'd be all over that.

I could easily see the same tech being used for a Ben 10 game -- instead of a portal it's an Omnitrix with Ben's various aliens to collect and use.

My wife and I were eyeing these at Target; she wants to get into gaming. I'm thinking this might be a good way. She's played games like Animal Crossing and Mario. I'm considering surprising her with them.

That's just rediculous! I also think the scalper prices on ebay are crazy. I'm patient....we wait and pick them up as we find them. This week all three of our area walmarts, the ToysRUs, and both Targets had full shelves. Could have completed the collection but my kid is spoiled enough! Also I read that the factory isn't holding back, they just couldn't keep up so the shelves will be flooded soon. Activision was encouraging people to be patient and said all figures will be available in normal quantities.

the thruth is, this is IMO a GREAT way to get kids into toys. sure you risk overkill but imagine MOTU, Transformers, gi joe games that adapts this tech, don't do it exactly like SL come up with your own take, but it;'s such a cool idea and imo has a lot more potential.

right now, their problem is lack of new content. they don't need any more new figures right now.
