Yeah, I also prefer the minicomic look over Filmation.

He looks like a very old dragon and that is what he was.
More goofy/ cartoony/ crappy/ filmation influences on the head sculpt will make me reconsider a lot spending over 100$.

I agree. If his head sculpt is too Filmation inspired and is expensive, than only good articulation will make me buy it. I am hoping for a true minicomic version (head sculpt and all) down the road.

I do not want to judge it before I see it, but I would have preferred the green dragon from the minicomic.

We'll see. They look very different from one another.....I do not like these SDCC votes...how many people voted? The pic of the election boxes looked like ten people...well who knows when the pic was shot.

It is bad that such important things are decided by a handful of people for the rest of the community.

True. I feel the same way. Perhaps down the road they can re-sculpt his head to look more minicomic (and reissue it in green), if the first release is more Filmation inspired.

Yeah, 200x is just an example as to me, it's a better more traditional European Dragon design. It has nothing to do with the 'anime' looks or whatnot.

So no vehicles in 2012... This is sad! Even if matty says that it's due to putting their efforts into Gran, I continue to think that I'd rather have saved on the star sisters instead to get the 2012 vehicle...

Personally, I'm really pleased we're getting a red Granamyr. Far more iconic, IMO.
