We've already seen the 4H sculpt, so we know it's coming at some point down the line. (I hope!)

All of my white mailers either have no name or the name only of the product inside, for instance my Battle Cat mailer doesn't say Swift Wind underneath...so I don't see what you're saying

They have to use the name in print to contuine the TM or rsik losing it ala the Fisto sitution; lso they can print the name on the mailier instead of producing it to keep the TM.

Yes, this. We did see stuff like this once or twice before...I forget the specific examples though.

Offhand, I also can't remember which ones - but there have been at least two white mailers with extra names/info printed on them.

Instead of the phrase "all the time", perhaps I should have said "sometimes". But, anyway.....yeah, it's a way for them to keep trademarks active.

This makes me happy; I'm glad Mattel's thinking ahead (though this particular move does seem weird to the casual observer), but now I'm very curious to hear what other TM saves like this they pulled. If anyone can remember them, please post!

Oh you must be referring to the battle ram..

Oh, you're right - my apologies. I had forgotten about them being totally separate vehicles. It would have been nice if Mattel came up with a more distinctive name for the chariot.
