Some custom weapons WIPs

Hey folks,

here are some 3D pics of the weapons I have modelled and ordered for print from shapeways.

I think they will arrive in January. I'm really excited about them

Captain Randor's sword from 200X cartoon (I'm thinking about also modelling an undamaged version of his shield in the future):

Skeletor's Axe from the Filmation cartoon:

Sword of Power Alcala-Minicomic-Style (I think this will go great with Alcala-Head-Skeletor):

And finally the first of my own designs (at least partly^^)...

King Randor's Battle Axe:

My favorite is the Alcala power sword! That's how I always wanted the toy sword to look.

How do you make these weapons to be exact? One of my friends bought a casting kit, and we tried to make a New Adventures Skeletor staff and He-Man sword, but there is no way to get it to come up right.

Wow Mike, another great set of weapons. They all look great, but the mini comic power sworad and the randor battle ax really shine in this set of weapons.

WOOOOOW!!! You just don't quit. The Randor battle axe is just amazing!!!! So is the Alcala power sword!!!! That just might have to become my new default Power sword. You should make a closed 200x sword, that Randor shield, and smaller battle axe like Teela had in the minis.

Stellar work, man! I will be purchasing your Alcala sword. However, have you thought about making a "single half" version? It doesn't even need to connect.

Can't wait to see some photos of the actual printed pieces.

I share your opinion that the Randor Axe and the Alcala Powersword are the cooler ones. Can hardly wait to have them in my hands

Well, they are not casted but modelled in a 3D modelling program.

Which one do you mean? I remember only one episode in which Skeletor uses a sword similar to He-Man's.

By "closed" do you mean the sword how it looks like when Adam carries it? The Randor shield from the first MYP episode? That is already on my list

. A smaller battle axe for Teela? Well, I will have to take a look in the comics for that...

. Have already done a halfsword version of it and well it actually doesn't connect^^. I did not want to have such pins on the backside

Skeletor's sword had a crossbones at the hilt with a circle in the middle, just like the center piece on his armor.

I'm all about a Teela Axe too! I'm using a Vikor Axe for her now but it's just a tad too big for her.
