Hey,
I liked the Conan movie.
It isnt The Tower of the Elephant though.
I would love a Yag-Kosha to stand next to my Vikor![]()

Loved the 'character support thread' section of the show. It brought back good memories and left me longing for the days before they were all banished to the sub-forums.

The MOTUC line and all its fans were taken for the ass
Let us never forget.
Just listening now, a great way to spend my Festivus
Yeah I don't think it was as bad a Eamon made out. I'm not saying it was The Godfather or anything, or even as good as the Arnold film (which I love) but it was enjoyable and nowhere near as bad as the Pirates of the Caribbean films.
I also worry a MOTU film could turn out to be very bad for the brand.

The new Conan movie sucks.
Danielle's parody of the obscure character desires is hilarious. Not sure why Dan is laughing so much when he champions Songster. Not much of a difference between Songster and Crackers and Chef Allen to me.

MOTUC Most Wanted: Skeletor's Robot Knights, Two-Bad, Horde Troopers, Modulok, Sssqueeze, Tung Lashor, Stridor, Night Stalker, the Battle Ram, and a true, alternate head for Wun-Dar (since he's a "different" character)!
I used rubbing alcohol to remove the Blackwash of Lion-O.
It looks great because it shows the metallics paint better. I posted pictures on the Lair.

Looks like you're really working hard to get caught up, Val. Thank you! I listened to 64 on my flight to Austria and 65 is going to be my evening companion. Looking forward to more!
Great show. Listened to it while hunting for the new Thundercats.
Great stuff! Keep em coming!!!
I blame the support threads on CarKrash and Penny Dreadful. They both influenced me to start the Crackers thread. Which those threads mentioned lead to the sub forum that no one looks at anymore so those threads arent as fun anymore.![]()
Honestly, that is one of the worst episodes, but it's also funny because it is just that. I'd buy a Crackers if they made him cuz it's hilarious!
Crackers >>>>>> NA Scientists!

I also REALLY want a Plundor too even though lots of people think he's a joke. I think he'd be an awesome odditity in the MOTUC lien. Mattel and the Four Horsemen could make him into a great figure just like they did with Chief Carnivus who is just as cartoon looking.

It was great to hear Eamon talk about the Alcala demonswe could use a high profile fan to carry the torch for these awesome characters: http://www.he-man.org/forums/boards/...d.php?t=209342
Loved the Carol of the Bells intro by the way![]()
"A knight is sworn to valor. His heart knows only virtue. His blade defends the helpless. His word speaks only truth. His wrath undoes the wicked."

Go NA Scientists!
I miss the support threads being on the front page, but I know why they were moved--everyone started doing it at once. I always thought that the worthwhile characters, beasts or vehicle threads would continue with constant conversations and new insights, while the lackluster characters, beasts or vehicles would be forgotten. Moving them to their own section seems to take something away from the Classics forum. Fans love to talk about upcoming characters, or how Mattel could make them (or neuter them), etc.
I thought the new Conan movie was cool too. I think the movie's biggest problem is that people are married to the Ah-nuld version, which isn't like the literary character at all: he's too clean, un-scarred and not too intelligent.

MY FEEDBACK
He was featured on the bidding card at Power-Con/ThunderCon, and will be back for the 2012 auction as well. He's a parody character we did for fun for the event, just like Drunk Skunk for the SDCC get-together.
Matt Tyree illustrated him and I slapped some cel-style colors on him.
With any MOTUC character idea I come up with as fun silly parody characters, the idea is that they can potentially be made as refresh figures with minimal new tooling, just in case.
