There are several Great Rebellion members who are men and it is questionable whether or not we will get them included in the MOTUC lineup. Assuming ALL the POP ladies get made, would you want to collect the male rebels?

Flashing forward to the last releases of the MOTUC line (years from now!), will you look at your Great Rebellion collection and feel that the colorful ladies and occasional pint sized characters make for a dynamic army? How will your Great Rebellion collection fit in with the Masters, Evil Warriors, the Horde, and the Snakemen?

The reason I ask this general question is because I see an intense focus on "getting the gals". Many who post on the forums feel that the current Great Rebellion is woefully underrepresented. There are 12 classic POP Rebels missing, still!

I agree.

But, I'd also like the Great Rebellion collection to look tough and powerful, too. I am conflicted about the POP ladies in only one way: the original dolls are reeeeeeeeeeeeeally fru-fru!

I think that having HUNTARA will help the overall "tough" factor of the group. But, I'd really like to have a bunch of guys mixed into the Rebellion as well.

GENERAL SUNDER, CRIMSON FURY, SEAHAWK, RED KNIGHT, JOSH, and KING MICAH are all Rebellion characters that could be developed into interesting Rebels to add into the lineup of lovely ladies.

Do you plan to express an interest in collecting these guys (and any others "historical" or "new"), or do you only want the Rebellion to consist only of "classic POP toy" characters?

It's a simple "yes" or "no", and feel free to post your thoughts on the subject!

I think I should have added to the YES or NO answers.

I should have stated:

YES, I collect POP ladies and I DO want the guys, eventually!

NO, I DO collect POP ladies but I only want the classic figures and Bow.

I'm thinking I've made a mistake. The results will have a slant where non-POP collectors get to say "no" to the proposal even though they would say no to every POP figure anyway.

That goes without saying! The Horde is the most exciting faction to me. I don't think we have to worry about getting all those guys and would-be gals!

The POP girls in the vintage line ought to come first. Maybe even some of the concept characters that were probably planned back then but never went through due to the toyline's cancellation.

Now that we have the male rebellion members Snout Spout, Bow, He-Man and Swift Wind, I'd like to see, in order of preference:

Josh, Sea Hawk, Light Hope, Kowl, Crimson Fury, King Micah, Corporal Romeo, Red Knight (with alternate head finally revealing his secret identity!).

Although we are way overdue for a huge bunch of the rebellion ladies before/among these guys!

Sea Hawk definitely. I'd also probably pick up King Micah and maybe Sunder and the Red Knight. I have to say, I'm not a fan of Josh...

I want General Sunder and of course Sea Hawk. I have zero interest in Crimson Fury. I dont care too much about Josh, which is to say not at all, though I am not officially against him.

I want Kieber to be in MOTUC even though he was only seen in one episode. I have his cel!

If they don't make GENERAL SUNDER, I'll go on a bloody rampage!!! Here's my preference list:

1. GENERAL SUNDER (I will buy him!)
2. SEA HAWK (I'd probably buy him)
3. JOSH (If he comes with Potato Salad, I must have him)
4. RED KNIGHT (I wish he would've had more appearances; they made him seem important. A figure of him would look super-cool)
5. KING MICAH (I probably wouldn't buy this one, but maybe)
6. CRIMSON FURY (Do not want this walking Tampon)

I want all the characters mentioned here, even josh!

But I really want a King Ago figure. He was a very cool character. The Falcon would make a great figure with some good accessories. I would also like Norwin, the teacher of Castaspella and Light Spinner. He served Shadow Weaver her butt on a silver platter, this gives him points. King Tarvan (an early Eternian King She-Ra met when she accidentially travelled back a 1000 years into Eternia's past and met Granamear and prevented war between the Eternian's and the dragons. Finally Nasgaul, the Evil Sorcerer also from the episode Dark Smoke and Fire.
