My Sorceress BARELY fits in her white shipper...

I didn't notice it on the 2 subs that arrived yesterday, but 2 more Sorceress figures (of the 4 more I ordered ) showed up today.
These 2 both seem to be fitting inside the new white shippers WAY too tightly. It was almost hard to remove them without denting the bubble.

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE the new cardboard die for the white shippers. No tape needed, and the bottom of the cardback doesn't have to joust with the bottom box flap tab. But a protective box that crushes the bubble is like armor with spikes on the inside.

    Anyone else have this issue?

Actually Fisto & Sorceress were both alright and slid out fine, Demo was a little tight when I opened him when he finally got to me last month.

I got a second Shadow Weaver to keep MOC, and she was so tight in the mailer that the bubble has a crack in it. My sub SW was just fine as was Fisto and Sorceress, if I could have waited until I had both SW to open one I'd have a better MOC one.

I'm afraid to contact DR for a replacement since some people have returned damaged items and gotten nothing in return.

Why not just cut the white box open?

To me it looks like Sorceress has the flat butt, but I can't make it out too well with all the inner plastic distorting the view, I like a bigger backyard myself Now Madame Razz might have a problem there

I also had this issue. It's too tight. I thought I was going to rip the package and that's a no-no for this MOC collector. BOO on the new mailers!

YES it does! The boxes are so tight, it ruins the cardbacks when you pull the figures out. They should have stuck with the old mailer boxes.

YES!!! I had the same issue with Sorceress, but not so much with Fisto or Photog. It was very difficult to get her out. I damaged her bubble pulling her out, BUT since I was opening her that didn't matter to me so much. However, I understand the frustration for those keep her moc.

Yes these new mailers suck. I got my two subs, 6 white mailers and 2 of the 6 came right out nicely. Everything else was a MOC collectors nightmare to get out of the box and at least 1 of the bubbles had already been damaged and 2 of the cards had major blemishes likely due to these boxes. I had to take the box apart and actually ripped it open to get one of my Sorceress figures out. So, when some employee puts the figure in the white box and it doesn't exactly fit, they apparently force it and in the process some of them are damaged. Since I open one and keep one MOC, it wasn't too hard to choose which to keep MOC and which to open but had I received two of the same figure damaged we would be talking about returns because this kind of damage is unacceptable.

I am glad to be an opener cause I would be peed off if I was a MOC collector. I've noticed that the figures this month were extremely difficult to remove from the mailer. I crushed the bubble on every one of them trying to get them out.

I had trouble getting my Sorceress out more than normal... and it seems like you can only face them one way if you keep them in the mailer...

my feb figures did not slide out easily. so i don't know if it's because of the size of the box or the size of the cardbacks.

but i'm like you. i open almost everything so this has little impact to me.

I have noticed that they are tighter. I think one or two of my recent figures (which have comprised of Photog, Shadow Weaver, the Sorceress, and 2 Fistos) slid out easily, but the rest were rather tight. One way to try and get them out without causing any more warping of the card or bubble than what may already be done ahead of time is to open the top of the mailer box and the bottom, and push from the bottom to have it come out of the top. They do come out more easily this way than opening from one end and trying to pull.

The only problem is that with these new mailers, it can be hard to open up the bottom without damaging/ripping the white mailer box, itself. So proceed with caution if keeping the mailer box intact is important to you. But if you don't care about the mailer box and plan to throw it out, but want to keep the figure MOC, then this is a good option, and you can even just open the mailer from both end and then just rip it apart on one side so you don't even have to push on the MOC figure, itself.

All you have to do once the figure is out is push up on the bottom into the mailer, and it opens easily. Or actually pushing up on the bottom also helps it slide out, that is what I had to do to Demo to ensure he didn't come apart from the card, and it didn't damage anything doing that.

Wow can the white mailer boxes get any tighter!

You basically have to yank the figures to get them out of the newer white mailer boxes

I have no problem getting the carded figures out of the new white mailers. I buy 2 of each, one to open and one to keep MOC. When I remove them I grab the plastic bubble by the bends under the MOTUC logo and they pull straight out, nice and easy. I never have any bends, creases, etc. on any of my packaging. I really don't see the problem with these new mailers.

I've had trouble getting some recent figures out of these new mailers, which is why I'm glad Sorceress was the last figure I wanted an extra of to keep MOC, and luckily one of the ones I got had a perfect card/bubble.

I think the new boxes work perfectly and are better than the old ones. I have not had one damaged card since they started using them.

The new boxes SUCK. My Shadow Weaver was jammed in so tight the top of the bubble was crushed. Good thing I'm a MOC collector...
