    Filmation Teela Sword

    Hey guys 'n gals!

    Although the sword that Teela often uses in the Filmation cartoon has a very basic look I always liked it and wanted to have it even more since there have been the classics figures.

    Here is my version of it

    I bought TWO 2013 Subscription as support, because of the promise that showing support will ensure 2014 will include ALL the major POP and NA characters.

    That looks awesome!! I probably would not give it to Teela but a few of them for my Palace Guards would be awesome!

    I noticed the swords look sparkly. Is it the texture of the material catching the light, or the paint itself that gives the effect?
    I bought TWO 2013 Subscription as support, because of the promise that showing support will ensure 2014 will include ALL the major POP and NA characters.

    It is painted in normal silver. This sparkling effect is due to the material. Shapeways is using some kind of 3D printing devices which usually use this material. But you have the possibility to order different materilas with smoother surface which cost only a little more.
