MOTU Classics Fearless Photog Video Review by Pixel Dan

Nathan Bitner's creation is finally here!

    Enjoy! Any questions, just ask!

Oh, and yep...new toros piece (for the lenticular piece to fit) and it appears new shins (from Demo-Man), with no shin aritculation.

    One more review to go!

Another great review PD! I'm really looking forward to getting this figure! It's great to see Nathan Bitner's design finally see reality. The detail in the belt, gun and head are all pretty awesome. Looks as if he makes use of the new shins that came out with Demo-Man. I like the action feature of the lens zooming in and out! Another hit out of the ball park!

Odd that his inner knee and elbow pegs are yellow...really looks odd against the black. I wonder if those could be painted.

Just like He-Ro or Wun-Dar (Wonderbread He-Man), Fearless Photog is another piece of MOTU legend that comes to plastic life !

I am SO happy that this figure finally made it into the line !

Although I don't think his looks is one of the best, I like the fact we get him !

His articulations seem to be great, and his accessories are cool as well. I also like the fact that he has the "Vikor ankles". Plus, he's got the new "Oo-Larr" calves. Photog is bright, and has vibrant colours.

This video and all of these elements helped me to take my decision : I'll buy him.

Thank you Pixel Dan for this awesome preview !

MOTUC Most Wanted: Skeletor's Robot Knights, Two-Bad, Horde Troopers, Modulok, Sssqueeze, Tung Lashor, Stridor, Night Stalker, the Battle Ram, and a true, alternate head for Wun-Dar (since he's a "different" character)!

I'm really liking the look of the figure more and more - he's got that goofy/dumb/crazy look that a few of the vintage figures had. Great review Dan

I love Photog! I don't care what a lot of other people say, he is really cool! He's what makes MotU stand out from other toy lines in that it integrates regular characters with goofy-looking characters. I really like that! My only problem is the bio. First, where do they come up with these awful names? Couldn't they have named him Nathan or Bitner or some kind of play on the name? It also would have been better if they used Bitner's concept of what Photog was supposed to be-an android-type character. All in all though, I think the figure is great!

As for those of you that are trying to find the Bitner interview, check out the main page or go to the Resources section of this web site.

I think it's awesome Mattel is finaly coming out with this figure. I hope they give one to Bitner dude!

    Photog isn't for me.

But, again, think it's really cool that this figure is coming out after all these years.

He's only missing a extra head.. something Sy-Klone like so we could pretend he's actually a cool warrior when you dump all the camera stuff from him. Those two would be a dynamic duo. Sy-Klone flying with hurricane speed and Photog runing at the same speed on a ground.

This is one CRAZY looking character Totally love him.
He became my current favorite - especially after I saw the picture on Fwoosh where Star Sisters are posing for him to take some photos.
Since to take pictures of beautiful girls is a hobby of my dreams () I only imagine how awesome it would be to be Fearless Photog on Etheria with the Star Sisters and all the other nice girls there. Ahhh ... dreaming, dreaming ...

Great review! Loved the transition from the drawing to figure at 06:41.

I am so excited for this figure! He looks awesome! Thanks for sharing, Dan!
I bought TWO 2013 Subscription as support, because of the promise that showing support will ensure 2014 will include ALL the major POP and NA characters.

Great review, Dan!! It actually looks better here to me than before, and I'm actually starting to look forward to him for the first time. I'm still not as excited for this as I have been for just about any other figure in the line, but he's risen above Mo-Larr status for me now.
