Thanks for your help Darkspector. I just called, the guy was very nice and said that since they have not finished shipping out all the orders they can't sent out replacements yet. But he took my number and said he'd call once they were able to send out a replacement. Fingers crossed.

In Pixel Dan's video review it didn't look like it came off the same way. It looked like it had a unique peg. I see where the error was made now, it's because the ball joint is on the top of the part with the unique peg and not in the buck like other figures.Yeah I did not think there was a question

Stars Sisters arrived today...with a small(very small) problem. Jewelstar has a very obviously paint chip on the side of her chest. Starla and Tallstar came out PERFECT though. I don't think I'm going to call for a replacement.
A) It took long enough to get these figures
B) I don't need a second set of Starla and Tallstar. Again they came out just fine.
I just wanted to give everyone a heads up and hope this isn't a problem for other people

That's funny, I signed up last spring semester when I got school email too.
Ask not for whom MOTUC is made, it's made for thee.
Dislikes: tallstars extensions are too short. If you're gonna make her tall then go for broke. The joints on at the hip should work like evil lyns, it's way too restrictive. Also the lack of twist at boot tops also limits the display possibilities. The weapons seem too simplistice, I wish each character could have a unique and more creative weapon. And lastly, I'm not crazy about the design or color scheme but it does work with the POP theme and that's what they're intended for.
Likes: I love the facial sculpts, 4h are awesome. Even thou I'm not crazy about the figures I'm happy to add these to my collection. I'd have to say Tallstars is my favorite though Starla is a close second. Glory bird is cool too, and the stand has great detail. I think I'd like to use it for zoar.

I bought TWO 2013 Subscription as support, because of the promise that showing support will ensure 2014 will include ALL the major POP and NA characters.
Awesome stuff! I actually bought an extra BP She-Ra sword today so I could break out the gems and glue them on her hips!It's too bad they're not the same colour as her other gem parts...I thought they were.
Oh well. I'm still happy with my purchase. I have another idea now.

I had a work dinner tonight, but my husband texted me and said "you have 2 big boxes here from FULFILLMENT CENTER" I couldn't choke down that crappy dinner fast enough! Sure enough when I got home the three lovely ladies of the Star Nebula (or whatever!) demo Man and BG EL were waiting for me!!! That and what I've been waiting for- an explanation and apology from TG! I am in LOVE with all 5 of these figures (6 if you count my new Alcala Skeletor!!!)
Best day ever! Bring on the landslide of February's figures!!!
