You'll want to log into your he-fans.com account and train your spam folder that Org messages are Not Spam.
One you do that for a few notices, you shouldn't have any problems any more.

as for this thread. lock it. delete. both. cover it in mayo and call it a sammich for all I care.
I think with the upgrade of the forums, the header info may be different on the e-mails, and gmail filters may be more sensitive to it.
I have a feeling other fans with he-fans.com and she-ravers.com may have this problem too. So I'm going to leave it open for them in case there are any other questions.

I'm having problems again with my he-fans.com email address.
This time I'm getting nothing. Nothing is arriving at that address when I know there should be.
I'm suppose to get the notices instantly.

Hmmmm... so is it a matter of it nor forwarding from your he-fans to your regular e-mail? Are you checking the he-fans account directly? etc.
There's nothing to forward because I'm not receiving anything at my he-fans address. I was but not now

I have stopped getting notices altogether as well, so I went and checked my he-fans.com e-mail and sure enough my messages had started going into my Spam. Thanks to this thread I am hoping the problem is now solved.

Your problem maybe solved but mine isn't.
I'm still not getting any e-mails at my he-fans address.
I am not recieving my PM meassages to my email, can read them here on the org but I dont have a chance to log in here every day.
just to make sure, do you have them set-up to go to your Email?
i think these are the correct instructions (not completely familiar with this function - i prefer to just check them every so often):
go to your subscribed threads page
select your subscribed threads
click Selected Threads
choose the appropriate option under Update Subscription Type
It's almost always because the notices are going into the spam folder. The forum is definitely sending out the notices. So they are being intercepted somewhere. This sometimes happen when there is an upgrade to the forum and something changes with the header/e-mail info on a forum notice.
Make sure you login at server level and check for filtered e-mail. For example, if you're a he-fans.com subscriber, login at mail.he-fans.com and go specifically to the Spam folder. Then mark all e-mails in there that are valid as "Not Spam." After that, you'll get the notices again.
Not even in my spam folder, and it looks like my setting is set to recieve them to my email but nothing ever arrives??
The last one I got was on the 20th
Just like me. My last one was on the 23rd.
I had 17 He-Man.org e-mail notices (that should have arrived across the last week) ALL arrive overnight, so not sure what is happening.

I was just now just checking my e-mails and noticed a mega slew of he-man e-mails.
It appears everything is ok.

The queue was apparently just back logged after the 4.2 upgrade.
WOW just got all 40 of them overnight as well!!
