We're just talking about customer service issues from Matty right... not QC issues?
Well, I've only had minor issues myself that eventually got resolved, but not without a lot of emailing from me!! And of course the obvious RSOD for popular figures.
But I do know people (who aren't members here, so I'll speak for them) who have Subscribed and haven't received certain figures at all. That's right... I said "people" not "person". That's pretty poor IMO.
