I hate the hat over the eyes look. Fillamation must have liked fledgling characters with hats over their eyes

That aside, I would pick the newer design so that money doesn't have to be wasted on her to create a new buck

LOL! In the 80s, I actually used to not care for Madame Razz or Gwildor at all as I felt they were both Orko wannabes. However, I soon warmed to them and grew to really like both characters.

She should look like she did in the steam room on that episode of Robot Chicken where they were all at the gym...

I don't like the goofiness of the character, or the look at all, not being a total POP fan has it's benefits here to me. I like She-Ra and some of the other girls, Swiftwind, and maybe Sea Hawk, but that's about it, and I only like them because of the bad ass job the 4H did on making them from dolls to figures, but Razz....no, I just can't see them doing anything that would make that figure catch my eyes. And I would hope they crank out at least Dragstor or Mekaneck first, and if they were to do an all mostly new tooling, Ram Man.

That being said, if she was to be done, she needs to be done in the original aspects of the original character, Nanaesque all the way, doing anything else would change the essence of the character, and that is not what Classics is about....or supposedly about....originally about.

Since so many of you have expressed support for not only getting Madame and Broom, but getting them in their traditional style, I have created a group to support their inclusion in this line. I'm shamelessly reviving this thread due to the discussion of this on the newest episode of Roast Gooble Dinner. To be fair, the second option doesn't fully include other update alternatives in addition to making Madame Razz more "sexy" but the general vibe is the same, as attested to by the previous discussion on here.

First of all, when you take a character design like Razz and make it 'sexy,' you are defeating the purpose of said design.

Yeah, I agree that when the start making her she should look like the Filmation design. That IS Madame Razz. Doing anything else would be wrong.

Filmation. Stright up. The whole point of her is to be the old, dumpy, wise, slightly confused, crazy aunt type character with a heart of gold.

If she is young & sexy...it's not Razz. Her Filmation version has never had a figure. Let's get that, then we can talk about re designs.

I voted Filmation of course, but I've always loved this image. I think this character would've been much more popular in the show. The traditional Madam Razz design could have appeared as her older (and more compotent) relative. Much like Uncle Montork is to Orko. If it came to be, I'd buy both figures and use that storyline.

The MOTUC Madame Razz design that Emiliano did looks pretty awesome. I'm not opposed to the "sexy" design, but I'd prefer to see Razz based on her most well known appearance/likeness, being the Filmation cartoon.
