Free MOTUC give-away promotional items for SDCC - what are your ideas?

2010 was the Moss Man mini-deodorant
2011 was the Battle Ground Teela button

Let's face it. That Moss Man mini-deodorant is going to be hard to top. So I was thinking, what else could they do?


My guess is the give-away would need to be based on current or upcoming figures. So that's what I focused on because I'm sure promotion of current items is part of what the give-away is about. But I guess you could do just about anything.

I quickly came up with a few silly, fun ideas based purely on current and potential upcoming figures:

• Thunder Punch Bang-snaps (for that Thunder Punch sound!)
• Imp bouncy super ball (since Imp turned into a ball in the cartoon)
• Extendar grow sponge (put him in water and watch him extend in size)
• Clamp Champ mini-bag clip. (keep your chips or other bags sealed thanks to clamp power)
• Rotar / Twistoid spinning tops. (give 'em a spin and set them on the ground and watch 'em fly)
• Cometroid nesting doll (one Cometroid egg inside of an other, each featuring a different cometroid design.. yeah, that one's lame)

What are your ideas? Think cheap, simple, fun items.

I'd love a power sword pen, but that's probably too expensive (tooling, etc.).

Do they make "magic" nail polish that is color change? That would be pretty slick. Castaspella Coverup Polish... works too hard for the first letter name-beat, but you know where I was going with it.
