i just opened my battle cat and battle cats head if you tilt it up it stays, you put his mask on it drops down, the helmet is too heavy, you think they wouldn't have made it so loose to tilt his head![]()

Bummer. You may try the rubber band trick to see if that helps. Hopefully by the time I get my BC, during the reissue, they will have that problem fixed. At this point I would love to be in your position, having a BC in my hands. You are very fortunate.
yeah i know since a lot of people weren't able to get them, i would have ordered more if i knew it was gonna be like this and sell them to board members at cost, but if you move his head up with the mask on it pretty fast, it seems to stay.
Which joint is giving you the trouble?
The ball joint at the base of his skull?
Or the hinge joint that goes to his shoulders?

Mine doesn't have that problem.
Yeah, I just put a clear rubber band in his mouth and loop it onto the spike on his armor closest to his head and then put the helmet on and it works perfectly and you can't see it unless you're looking for it.

Loose joints are just going to happen with this line, it stinks, and remains my foremost complaint.
Look out, multi-part question coming up!: Did any of you guys also get the stands? And if you did, do you have figures with loose legs/ankles? And if so, did it help correct any of the I-can't-stand-up-right issues?
I would love for MAA to stop knocking his fellow shelf dwellers (the Shelfish) over all the time.

I have that problem too.
The biggest flaws on him is the neck (that neck articulation needs to be tighter and won't stay up when the helmet is on) and keeping He-Man in the saddle.
Otherwise, he's perfect.

if the neck is on a ball joint, you can always try the clear nail polish trick. You pull the head off and coat the ball joint in a layer of clear nail polish. You let it cure overnight, and what this does is make the ball joint just slightly bigger and add tightness to the joint.
I love my Battle Cat but he suffers the same neck issue. It's ok though - I'm so beyond thrilled with him and a clear elastic will take care of it![]()

That's odd. My BC has a very tight neck joint and his helmet doesn't fall off no matter what position I put him in.
Bummer man. I hope when my BC arrives (can't wait) his joints are all pretty tight. So far, only my Faker has a "crazy foot", but I still manage to get him standing.
I remember reading many reports of Battle Cat having a loose neck. Mine can keep his head up when not wearing the helmet, but always drops when wearing it. A sad helmeted Cat.
Is there a practical and safe way to fix (tighten) Battle Cat's neck? Or would you rather buy the reissue in the hopes that his neck joint is tight this time?

My Battle Cat's head does not stay up well with the helmet as well. I'd also like to know if there is an easy remedy for this.

i *hope* to get the re-issue, but only because i don't have the original! ...

They don't even have to be the clear rubber bands. I used regular ones on mine. You just wrap it, twist, then wrap around the neck and repeat. When it's tight enough, let go of it and it'll grip and slide inside. That will cause friction and stop the head from drooping.
back in February i read about someone placing the rubber band around BC's neck like a necklace, then pulling it up and hooking it onto the first spike of the saddle.
But this would mean the rubber band would be in plain sight!!!
i don't see as many complaints about loose BC necks as i do about other figure's joint/paint/plastic issues. If this is an issue experienced by many, then there's a chance that PANTHOR could have loose necks too.
