The best feature is the Buzz Saw sword! It feels very 200x to me.

Those legs on Twistoid aren't big enough. I do agree it looks awkward.

I really like the back of the helmet on each almost looking like front masks. Good job there.

The names on the front of the package are reversed. Or the figures inside are.

I used to own the original, and I believe you could do the same thing, use it as a sword.

I'm really surprised he didn't mention the reversed names on the box as I am a MOC collector and thats kinda disappointing for us.

This was a great review. It though I was going to use the stands to dislpay my figures but after watching this I prefer the vintage spinning accessories. Can't wait until mine arrive!

Awesome review and I love these guys. Can't wait for them to arrive. I'll be opening two packs to do the different display options. Love that you can turn the head around for a different face look. Will try that for sure.

Great review Dan. I really do prefer them with legs and they fit NA well I think. Rotar's head even reminds me a lot of Tuskador.

I love the "gear" sword and the reverse helmet look on both figures.

I'll be getting my set today, can't wait.

    I actually like this, BUT.............

If they can "Light Up" LP He-Man & LL Skeletor figures, Why can't the add the spinning thing on this ???

I mean, I bought $1.00 value toy for my daughter & it had that rotating/spinning thing !!

That said, I thought of buying 2 sets on after party sale, but since it's now "no longer available", that funds will be saved for Naked Hiss in November, Or It could be useful for PD & TF Teela Set as well !! But I am sure they will return on BF/CM sale day & remain available for quite a few hours, or maybe even a day !!!

Anyway, cool review as always Dan ! Love your work !!

Can you attach both figures to either end of Rotars saw blade thing so they can fight rock'em sock'em style?

Neither figure really appeal to me much but I'll pick them up if I see them available at some point. Glad they were given legs. Think I'd have Rotar with legs and Twistoid without.

Rotar's helmet, for some reason, reminds me of Tuskador's.

Sigh - as usual Dan, you've made me now want a figure I previously had no interest in. Probably doesn't help that a couple of my kids were looking over my shoulder at the review talking about how awesome they thought Twistoid looked the whole time. My saving grace might be that I think they want the vintage versions even more so they can attack each other with them.

The Rotar reversed helmet actually looks pretty good.

I actually really like the legs on Rotar, and think they look great on him. The He-Ro loin cloth hasn't been over-used as much as the Trap-Jaw legs have. Zodak was the only one to re-use them. And it's also the first re-use of the Snout Spout legs. I'm going to be displaying him with his legs. I'm disappointed in his bottom top half, because the upper part should be painted in red, where the vintage figure was red, and the all-silver gray just looks cheap and plain.

Twistoid, yeah, those Trap-Jaw legs just aren't the right proportion.

    Also as character from M.A.S.K.

Really like this set and I have another one on its way to have both versions displayed. Even though they have been reused a lot, I do like the TJ legs on Twistoid, but I hope they retire them as well.

Great review Dan. I didn't know we could plug the figure's bases into the weapons. That is awesome and much better than the figures merely balancing. These figures have turned out rather nicely and I cannot wait for mine to eventually arrive in the mail.
