I voted for Bearshow...because I very much like the illustration, & felt it took the most Pirate-y route! Also I like the dynamic pose & vivid colors!

Went with Prime because of the bulk of his weaponry. Always thought it should be big and unwieldy.

I vote blast attack, very clean yet gritty. You know He-man can take him, but he's gonna need to pack a lunch, because it's gonna take a minute.

Before I even vote, When I was a kid and was first introduced to Trap-Jaw. My original thought on him, was that he was a pirate! He had the skull and cross bones upon his belt, he brandished a hook hand, as well as 2 other weapons. He totally screamed pirate to me! So now you should be able to guess my choice and why!

I really like Bearshow's, but I went with BlastAttack's mostly for the cyber leg....

I voted Prime.

This version of Trap-Jaw looks like something out of a nightmare.

I love the level of detail, the smeared and gritty realism - he looks like a re-animated cyborg. If it was Skeletor that messed him up, he really didn't leave much left of Kronis at all! I totally dig this re-representation, from the tiny rivets and bolts, to the targeter on his belt & the starkly dead face. So awesome. There's even a hint of the demonic, the way his boots look cloven. The atmospheric background contextualises the character - just launches him straight into my imagination. He looks just how I've always thought of TJ - a terrifying, psychotic killer with unstoppable armaments: "evil & armed for combat" - one of Skeletor's most frightening henchmen & a fiercesome "one man army".

Wow! Another quick lead for Bearshow! I gotta say bro, I love your stuff. Always have. But I voted for Prime. It reminds me of video game art... but I gotta say, I was hoverng over your vote button for a good minute before I decided. I love the magic you do with those markers.

My vote goes to Prime! The art is messy and random, but I like my Trap Jaw to be messy and random cyborg!

Why would I vote for my own entry

I meant that Prime's redesign is close to "my" TJ (as "in my canon, TJ is badass cyborg")

Tough choice, but in the end I went with Prime's design because of the movie-design qualities.
