Yes, Classic Media owns Casper.
Also, I don't know if I'm just imagining this, but I thought Leanne once said she worked on the Casper and the Spectrals comic.
What? Another one with no Eamon in it?
RGD needs more Eamon!
...looking forward to it nonetheless![]()
Press down on dragon's head. It will bite off your frickin' fingers !!!

Hexcellent poem, Danielle! Also glad to see in the last RGD thread that you did end up getting Demo-Man with the Alcala head.

BLÅĮK FLØWËR!!!!
Hahaha I like how you guys mentioned Lego at the end of the cast. I gotta confess that I am belong to 2 Adult Lego Clubs in my area. It is pretty awesome stuff what people can build out of tiny bricks.. and yes.. there are those that make custom He-Man legos. Infact lego has a site where you can pitch ideas for new sets. Not only do they have the LotR/Hobbit line.. they are also putting out Marvel legos.. for the Avengers and X-Men.. of course new DC stuff is also coming.. Superman and Wonderwoman are now lego minis.
The Lego minis.. can get quite costly on ebay. Lego also has marketed on the popularity of just the Minifigures and has a collectible line of just minifigures. About 3 times a year.. they release up to 16 single packaged minifigures. They are each sealed in a pack.. without indicating which figure is inside.. so they are blind packed I guess you could say. Anyhow they have some really cool ones out. For example they have put out a Minotaur, Gangster, Genie, Zombie, guy in lizard suit just to name a few. Check them out they have some fun details and accessories!
I would love to see the Masters in Lego form... Castle Grayskull as a Lego set and Snake Mountain would totally rock!
Thanks again guys for another awesome broadcast! It was a real pleasure to listen to!
I just wish an episode would happen where Val's package was not discussed.

I'll take different packaging. But only if it's pointed towards the vintage(Classics) look. Should have done from the beginning of the line.
Another cool episode and just like Matty/DR: slightly behind schedule... LOL!
Just kidding guys! I'm only knew to the 'casts so since I've just downloaded all of them, I blowing thru them about 4-5 daily so I can catch up to schedule.
Which brings me to my 'two cents' on the theory of mini-comics vs. extra heads...
I for one, am All FOR the mini's yet also came to the realization that considering the trouble we have at times with figure releases, imagine we had to wait on the comics as well! I think can Val and Emiliano can vouche for me on this when there are times publishers can incur delays during the production of a comic. This could then cause a figure to be late and would definitely cause another bump in the road that would give us more headaches. But then again, it 's not like we've been gettin SO MANY heads since Matty's "Sophie's Choice" was made.
But it was just a thought I wanted to share with you and the Eternia/Etheria community. Can't wait til the next 'cast!
'Tis the wind and nothing more.....

Anytime I have a package on the show, I'm always impressed with it.Thanks to everyone who has sent those to me!!!
I would leave the packaging the same. If you've seen a complete MOC collection on display, it looks awesome because of the consistency of the packaging.
There really isn't much reason to change it to get more attention since it's not a retail line.
As far as the mini-comics, it would be really cool to have each figure come with a mini-comic that illustrated the bio story of that particular figure.

I would pay $26 max for minicomics included.
For 30$ I would want a full size comic with more pages than a minicomic.
Good episode, but far too brief!
Regarding the packaging: I'm not a MOC collector, but I still don't see any reason to change the package. Since this line isn't in retail, the packaging does not have to serve the purpose of being overly eye catching in order to draw attention that something is new. Besides, I'm definitely of the thought that most MOC collectors like some consistency in their packaging. I think Mattel has done a few nice things to keep packages "fresh" w/o changing the look of the package too drastically. Things like the various 30th anniversary logos, the added yellow feature bubbles ("Stinkor really stinks...It's fun!), and the various faction stickers add a nice touch of something to look forward to even when the package is just going to get opened.
