All shipments should be received in our warehouse about a week after the 3/15 sale. Once he's processed, subscriber orders will ship first, followed by orders placed during the regular 3/15 sale. Please allow an additional 7-10 days to receive any order that includes Kobra Kahn™.

We've run into issues with the Chinese New Year delaying product at my work. It can be a wee bit inconvienient.
Due to my buttocks sounding like a flute, Augusts monthly figure is being pushed out to September. Thanks to Kwanza we missed December. WTH!There goes my countdown thread

It's no joke, they take like 2 weeks off and everything shuts down.

Well that's unfortunate news, but out of the three reissues I need two so that's pretty cool.

Another delay? Why did they not have regular delays like this for the past couple of years? All of a sudden they're lousy with them!
Well, it is cool that we're getting a decent amount of notice...and I'm VERY glad that they're not just pushing him to the next month.
Also, I'm hoping to pick up some Spy Monkey Armory sets at WonderCon on the 17th, so I have NO doubt that those will keep me happily occupied until Khan shows up!

Oh boy. This news doesn't bother me at all, it's the wave of negativity that will inevitably follow...
The first year or so was great when one figure was delayed, they just moved another figure up one month to ensure we always had a monthly figure. Now they're doing a lot more at any given time and I think it's a bit more than they can chew.

After calling matty about what happend to my ss, they said to me that she was send out 17 february because of delays of some of the ss shipments from China.
Having two subs and a email with shipping notification for 18 january I find the 'we don't ship our figures anymore when not everything is in our warehouse' a lot of lies.
Do they celebrate chinese newyear every month or don't they remember what they said?
At least we get notice this time but that's a drop on a hot plate.
The saga continues... sigh...
