Well this is nothing actually, I'm still waiting on my Wind Raider too... over 10 weeks since it was supposedly shipped.

I know it isn't as bad as your situation but I haven't received Kobra Khan yet and I live in Philly. I checked my account and even though I have the sub there is no order or even a confirmation email letting me know that I am getting the figure. There's not even an email letting me know there might have been an issue with the order. I think I might not be getting this figure. I thought the sub was setup to make life easier on us colllectors.

I'm sure Fisto just likes to be fashionably late as though his giant fist isn't enough of a fashion statement.

Or perhaps Fisto and Voltron have gotten into an argument over who has the biggest sword?

Or perhaps Toyguru is jetting around the world reclaiming all those "hyper-anime style" Fisto action figures because they don't fit with MOTUC?

I ordered a Beast Man figure on the same sale day, it shipped same day as my sub also. The sub stuff showed up a full TWO AND A HALF WEEKS before Beast Man finally did. So hopefully you'll see the additional Fisto next week some time.

Im still waiting too. What is with this *****y shipping? Last years was ok, 3-4 weeks and i had it... Now in 2012 its insane, every month the same long waiting. Brawo DR, Brawo!
AND they have tha balls to blame my country offices (in the other hand polish tax ofices are meh... their have their issues but not time after time)... Im glad that im waiting for only 2 packages, and no more in this year, beacose any other chars dont interest me.

Ok, check this out...

I just actually received my Wind Raider, Demo-Man, and BGEL order TODAY, which is 2nd April 2012 here in New Zealand.

My order which I received a shipping notice of 19 January 2012 was actually sent 15 March 2012. Almost TWO WHOLE MONTHS after they claimed to have sent it. Isn't this illegal? How can they get away with this?

So what prompted them to actually finally send my order? THE FACT THAT I GOT SICK OF WAITING AND SENT THEM AN EMAIL!!!

Yes you read that correctly. They did not actually ship my order until 2 months later, and only because I emailed to find out what in the name of god was taking so long.

Oh, and its a REALLY good thing I am not a MOC collector, because the boxes for both figures and the WR were in REALLY bad shape. I mean it looks like someone deliberately squashed my box that's how bad it was.

So ToyGuru, is this what you mean by improvements coming?

Smashed up boxes is NOT cool. I don't collect MOC, but I do cut out and save the Bios (don't ask me why! ) and so far all of them are pretty mint, except my Demo-Man one, which is trashed.
