    Rank the Horde Trooper's Importance

Up next is quite possibly everyone's favorite army builder, the Horde Trooper!

This is a multiple choice poll with 2 categories to vote in. The first category is whether or not you would buy a variant of this character. The second category is the overall importance you feel this character brings to the franchise.

    Variant worthy?

Variant Worthy: This is a character that you believe is variant worthy. You're willing to purchase different variants of this character even if your favorite version is the first one released. Matty can certainly put them in MOTUC's quarterly variant slot for you.

Not Variant Worthy: You don't feel this character needs any variants whatsoever. You only hope that when they make this character that they get them right the first time around. You do not want to be taken for the ass.

    Importance

A-List: Integral to the story and the franchise. MOTU isn't MOTU without them. This is a core character that is extremely important to you. If Mattel doesn't make them, someone will have some serious explaining to do!

B-List: They might not be integral to the story in your eyes but this is an excellent supportive character that helps to round out the story, franchise and your collection.

C-List: You feel this is a good guest star type of character. You don't expect to see them hanging around the supportive crew all the time but you still want to see them show up to lend a helping hand now and then.

D-List: Fills the role of background character and cameo maker for you. You acknowledge their existence but in a very limited way. This is an "okay" character.

Z-List: You'd rather forget about this character entirely. Should they never be mentioned again in MOTU-lore, you would be quite happy. This character would kill teh lien for you.
Snake Men need a woman of their own too!

Proud supporter of the Snake Men.

Most Wanted: Slave Girl, Horde Trooper, Eldor, Spinnerella, Mermista, Peekablue, Crita, Lizorr, Tyrantisaurus Rex, Battle Ram.
Most Wanted for Filmation Sub: Scorpia, Madame Razz with Broom, Lord Masque, Sea Hawk, Ileena, Granita, General Sunder, Lizard Man.

The Horde Troopers are nothing more than expendable mooks. I just hope they are more fearsome and effective in the MOTUC universe as opposed to being totally useless. But I would still get an army builder two-pack in a heartbeat.

I don't want variants of them...maybe swappable battle-damage parts or something, or phase 1/phase 2 helmets. I like to think of them as all the same rank, with commanders comprised of living Hordesmen like Catra, Leech, Grizzlor, etc.

(A "He-Man's Hair Sticking Out" head would be a fun bonus or variant perhaps.)

I said z-list, too. They are awesome though, and I want at least 6!
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

I think it's important to have the Horde Troopers, but I wouldn't want variants of them, I mean how many variants could we get? I think it would be a waste when there's so many other characters they could release instead of a variant Trooper.

I do want Horde Troopers though, to stand behind the Horde on my shelf. I think they could look amazing.

This is a tough one! As characters, they can only be D-List, as none of them are really characters, but as a group, they're almost A-List, as the Horde isn't the Horde without them. I can only see one possible variant, though it's one we'll never get: the 200X versions where they were guys in suits.

I decided to vote A-List, but Not Variant Worthy.

I said c list because as a whole they are B-List for the Horde, but individually, or to the greater MOTU Universe, definately D-List so I "split" the difference.

Not varient worthy for me. If they get variants and I like them, well I'll eat my words (didnt expect either the Royal Guards or the Snake Men two packs to be so completely awesome, but they were), but as of now, i'd just get two exactly the same Troopers to stand behind Hordak.

Love Horde Troopers ever since i was a kid. For me they are A-Listers a must have a the horde are my favourite faction. Definetly varient worthy in a 2pk, easily comes to mind is the regular trooper and the Pre-Eternia tropper out of the MYP series.

What is the Horde without the Horde army? Variants would be sweet.

D-List and not variant worthy. I'd be fine with one set of Horde Troopers.

B-List and variant worthy. The stormtroopers of the MOTU world should have variations (battle-damaged/environment-specific armors/etc.) that I would probably buy.

I agree with Benny, which scares me quite a bit.

I think B list also, but also variant worthy. There are a lot of different ways they can go with them, and I bet/hope we will see them.

I'd say B-list. They make up the bulk of Hordak's army. I hope we get some variants when they come out.
