MOTUC figures that are having issues

I am getting back into the MOTUC line and as I frequent this board more often I keep coming across threads describing issues with certain figures. The ones that I have seen having issues are Snout Spout and Roboto. I was thinking, as someone who is getting back into the line, it would be kind of nice to have this information on certain figures that are having these issues in one thread. It could be a sticky thread. The figures could be named along with their defects. It would help a buyer to beware of buying damaged figs or the very least know what they are buying. Also, any preventive measures could be taken upon acquiring such figures. Just a thought. Are there any other figures displaying problems?

The Goddess- weak pelvis joints end up breaking legs off
Fearless Photog- cracked lens
Leech- weak net accessory, breaks easily

Yeah, I've been asking for a sticky on defects for ages - whether figures or materials

Snout Spout - Trunk foam is decaying.
Swift Wind - Many received ones with incorrect legs, and broken wing pegs.
Wind Raider - Missing pieces on many, and decals / tampos peeling off

Many older ones suffer from loose ankle syndrome.

Some of these could be considered subjective but.......

He-man 1st release- reversed shoulders
Reissue skeletor- poor face paint apps
King Hsss- reversed shoulders
Roboto- reversed shoulders
She-ra- limited leg movement
Swiftwind- reversed legs

Hurricane Hordak- vac metal armor chips over time, sometimes in package.

Scareglow- Some figures were released without the key inside of the Grayskull reliquary.

Catra- The sides of her dress can tear slightly.
