Subscription lines are only for lines where a company fears overproducing and subsequently making a loss. Marvel Legends is doing extremely well at retail at the moment so they have no fear of overproducing - in fact they can't keep up with demand. Hasbro UK have stated:
Demand for the first wave was super-high and we're experiencing some stock shortages at the moment, but we're hoping to get some new stocks over the next few months
