Long time, no post. I lurk tho. I'm a lurker. Lur-Ker. Anyhee, for the last year I have worked on a new Webseries that I am so excited to show the world. A 6 part series entitled I HATE EARTH. I really hope you all enjoy it, while it will obviously be compared to MOTU, as the series progresses it is much more than that.

'I Hate Earth' is a new Sci-Fi Comedy webseries that is a mix between 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' and 'The Odd Couple' It follows the comedic adventures of 2 warriors banished from their home world to Earth. Each stand-alone episode runs between 2 to 3 minutes and deals with the intergalactic hero Dirk Dogstar having to live with the overlord of evil, Beatrix Skullo in an apartment located in Astoria, New York.


On Wednesday May 23rd 2012, get ready to HATE EARTH.

Thank you. But I have to say, everything i did in the past doesn't come close to this. Each episode is like a mini movie. I'm so excited. The quality is spot on. Here is a still from Episode 4 of I Hate Earth with the debut of the hilarious Erica Swindell. She plays the character Karen, the love interest of Dirk Dogstar (Jon Hoche)

Well, I need to edit that, it's now going to be 5 eps, lol. We originally thought episode 4 would be 2 parts but it worked out to be just 1. The finale wraps it up-ish. It's an open ending. I looked at the first series as a teaser, a pilot to set up the basics. It has a budget, highest I've ever been involved with, but I WANT MORE!!! Mwahahaha---sorry. Meaning while it's a comedy, a bigger story will emerge AND I must stress, while it will obviously be compared to MOTU, the "bigger story" will incorporate ALL 80's pop culture worlds. This is not a parody of MOTU, it is so much more....

If we don't get funding/picked up for a second series, I actually may do that. I already have an issue 0 comic written called 'The Death Defying Adventures of The Dashing Defender DIRK DOGSTAR!'
