Just got the REAL renewal notice. Now all I need is the shipping.

Includes Club Eternia x2, 30th Anniv. x2, and Club Lion Force.
Now I just wait for my shipping notification.

Renewal notice was just arrived, I just wish I was more excited for this months figure. I will be excited if I'm able to get a Draego-Man on Monday.

Got both my renewals, and they came separately, and it appears I was charged twice for shipping...hopefully it's just an error!

Received my renewal notice, yes! Now I'll be trying to get myself an Orko on the DOS. If only the shipping could be combined with the sub, maybe in a "live show year", batman has one!

Got my renewal for both Club Eternia & 30th Anniversary subs. combined. That means I'll be getting Draegoman & ThunderPunch He-Man together. Wooohoo!!!

I got my renewal notice for TP He-Man. However, even though I have 1 Club Eternia subscription, I was charged $40. I'm assuming that this includes TP He-Man and Draego-Man. Did anyone else get a single email for two subs or a renewal email for both subs?

It could be a glitch mistake that constantly happens on DR's site, like Keldor being $40 then they changed it... it will probably be corrected, in time.

I just posted this in another thread but thought it might help people who are getting charged separate shipping.
MINE are being shipped separately as well. I called and spoke with Kelly (CS) and he told me its because I recently changed my billing address on my card. So that "re-set" my subs, so now its like this is my FIRST figure in my subscription. (which means the subs wont ship together until the SECOND fig/figs hit in May and it renews). I understood what he was saying, it makes sense because it was "re-set"... but its really not fair. Why did updating my cards billing address re-set it? Its like Im being punished for updating my info and therefore losing the combined shipping. NOT COOL. He couldnt fix anything per the "renewal notices" being emailed already so Im paying about 58 bucks for Draego and TP He-Man. So if anyone had to update any info or re establish a canceled sub, THIS is probably why your subs are being shipped separately this month.
I LOVE this line but I HATE these subscriptions. No 2013 for me TG, I will risk DOS visits to Matty and 3rd Party transactions. Then I can save a little cash, and a lot of headaches.

I had my notice this morning... Yeow... $19 and change shipping for 3 figures. $5.00 or so of that was tax.

Seriously, if anything stops me collecting it will be the insane shipping charges. I might use Newgistics shipping for every Matty purchase from now on...

I got my renewals but i'm sure two TP-HM's don't come to a total of $95.00!?! I sure hope my single Club Lion Force sub is included in that... LoL.

I'm pretty sure, if you're like me, that means everything you ordered is shipping together. I had the same total listed on my e-mail, which only specifically referenced the TP He-Man, but when I looked up the order on my MattyCollector account, my Yellow Lion and my Draego-Man were listed on the order along with the TP He-Man.

I have to admit that I'm breathing a big sigh of relief, as I had manually changed my credit card info on the site a week ago (I didn't trust Digital River to do it for me). The subscriptions renewed without a hiccup, the charge is showing on my card, and everything appears to be squared away. Heck, I actually got a subsctiption renewal e-mail from Matty this month, too (since I changed my e-mail on their site in December, they stopped sending me e-mails and I've had to keep checking my order status manually using the order lookup).

Wait. That's too many things going right with Digital River and Matty, especially for a Friday the 13th. This can't be good...

It's not only not fair, it's yet another breach of the contract Matty made with you. There was nothing anywhere on the site or in the agreement you made with Matty that said you give up combined shipping if you change address.

This sort of thing is getting ridiculous, and very close to criminal. This is the kind of shady stuff they used to send the bunko squad to investigate.

Seriously, especially if this is the second time they've overcharged you on shipping (if you got all your subs in the same transaction, charging you separate shipping the first time the subs went out together was the first), there is a legal recourse:

"Misrepresentation of product or services" is definitely the case here, as Matty uaranteed in writing that they would do one thing and are consistently not doing it. People have been asking what we can do; this is one option. Not sure what one or two complaints might do, but a bunch of them might get someone's attention, especiailly since there's likely to be similar complaints from outside Matty. DR already shows up on some of the banking industry's radar, maybe it's time to get them on the Postal Service radar, as well (if they aren't already).

Aw crud, I had to change my card info after the 1st 30th fig and now too! Grr...

Thanks for the links Scott. Im thinking about canceling my card/subs all together at this point. I could almost buy ANOTHER figure for the price Im paying in shipping ALONE for April.

I just want to say AGAIN that I love these figures, and will collect this line until the bitter(sweet) end. However, I cannot say anything "nice" about Mattycollector/DR. So from now on I guess its BBTS and Ebay for me. (headache free for me since 2010 )

I don't think mine did. I did some math, and it looks like I'm paying $21.85 to ship the figures. That is insane considering that I just had two figures of roughly the same weight shipped from BigBadToyStore for $8.29.
Edit: And I shipped the figures I ordered via UPS just like my MOTUC figures.

Weird. When I changed my credit card info, I also changed my billing address, too (I haven't actually moved, but the new card has the address in the 'U.S. Post Office Approved' format, while the old card had the street direction listed in the wrong place), and all my stuff appears to be getting shipped together - my shipping charge works out to about $15, which seems reasonable based on the weight of two MOTUC figures and a big ol' Yellow Lion.
