B/c my 30th, MOTUC and Voltron sub are all one charge on my CC, $109.95, thats $95 for the 3 items and 14.95 for the shipping, so its not everyone

Hmmm... I just checked mine... my charge was for $113.49
I got Hunk & Yellow Lion, Draego Man and TP He-man, which comes out to $99.
Which means I paid $14 in taxes and shipping (because they randomly switched me to Newgistics instead of UPS.)
So they must have shipped all of mine together.
My order is submitted on Mattycollector- of course when I click to see the invoice and how it breaks down, I get an error screen... LOL (or should I say BOO-HOO-HOO). It looks to be $18.29 for the shipping, which for 2 figures is HIGH, but then I do have UPS shipping so here's hoping for the best and that they are shipping together... this ought to be another "fun" month's worth of posts...

My credit card was charged and my two subs: Club Eternia and 30th seem to be shipping together. After all that I went through last month with changing my billing and shipping address, I'm glad that this got settled this month. At least for me, DR is good this month. Last month, it was not good.

Oh, LOL - you're right. I was looking at the prices on Matty as reference, forgetting I don't pay as much since I'm a subscriber. Now I'm wondering if they sent it Newgistics again or if they actually fixed it to UPS. They never responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint about that. Hmmm...

Yeah, the random switching to crappy Newgistics is both odd and has to stop. I wonder if I should try calling Matty CS again now that it's been switched over. The old CS was terrible, which lead me to filing the BBB complaint that got ignored. But maybe the new improved people will help.
That being said, Newgistics wasn't nearly as crappy last month as they were with the Fisto/SW/Sorceress shipment.
And TG sort of implied that once the sub page is fixed that's something we could change ourselves.
Thankfully my Club Eternia and 30th Anniversary subs are going to be shipping together.

Yep, that's what I'm thinking. When I called before they said they couldn't change the shipping method no matter what. Ever. Even if it was the wrong shipping message. They said it was automated and they were locked out of it. But, if I do get it sent via Newgistics again, maybe the new US-based CS will have more access to do something about it.
They have the same exact info., just ordered at different times. They are shipping separately - one by UPS, one by Newgistics, and I'm being charged separately. I suspect (hell, I know) the same is happening to others.

When you ordered the subs, did you chose UPS for both? Also, did you have to get a sub re-instated this year? When I had to do that last year, they switched me over to the Newgisitcs, even though sub holders were still supposed to be UPS.

I got one total charge for $115. Honestly, I'm kind of surprised they got it right.
I have TP He-Man, Draego Man, and Yellow Lion/Hunk, and they charged me $107.55 for the lot... so that's about $12.55 shipping... so they must all be together.

Just checked mine on Matty Collector...mine are being shipped separately. My Draego-Man is coming UPS(the correct way) and my Thunder-Punch He-Man is coming Newgistics(the incorrect way). Good luck to to anyone trying to correct their shipping. I've been fighting with DR since the Star Sisters to get my shipping correct. The problem I'm having is that when I originally ordered my sub I had everything coming UPS. Then, like so many here, my sub was inexplicably cancelled in January. When it was reinstated, they reinstated it with the crappy Newgistics shipping instead of the UPS I paid for! So I've called every month since the Star Sisters trying to get it right, but the barely English speaking person on the other end is obviously reading from a piece a paper when they tell me they can't switch my shipping back to UPS. I was secretly hoping that maybe this month it might correct since my 30th sub was still correct, but I guess not. Now I'm paying double shipping because of DR's goof from way back in January. I don't blame Scott or Matty. I blame DR. When these supposed "changes" happen will someone let me know. Maybe then I can get everything corrected....
