Dragstor and Mantenna are on my short list of 4....being ones I need to have a complete collection of the MOTU I had as a kid. There are a couple more childhood ones, I may still get that aren't a priority because I can give or take them....but Dragstor and Mantenna are among my top 2 really wanted and needed figures, Ram-Man is #1 on the list, Mekaneck was #2, but he is coming soon.

Nice! So no backpack or wings but man his back looks REALLY cool. The legs are neat too.

Looks also like his chest is an armor piece placed over the torso. I wonder if that means there is no liquid in there, however. I think there still might be.

Oh, no. Spector is off to SDCC to get Mosquitor's head back from Draego-Man and save the day. Mosquitor will owe Spector a life debt...making him the Jar Jar Binks of the MOTUC continuity!

Also, no fake button on the back for those who were concerned.

I'm betting the Horde symbol will be a soft plastic pocket with pink backing and red fluid sealed in. By touching it you can squish it and move the blood around or it will move around as you move him.

He looks so cool, especially with the liquid chest piece now more noticeable! He also has this bulky look to him in these new pics, which I do like. He is just badazzzz!

Regarding his bio, I don't a lot about Mosquitor's origin but I think he'll be (or should be) another one of Hordak's experiments that was first mentioned in Snout Spout's bio. Having him be a volunteer as opposed to being abducted like SS was. This'll make much more sense but who knows what route TG will take on his origin.

Cool back design, but I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed now knowing Mosquitor won't be having the blood-tanks/wings backpack...

Nope no blood tanks or wings

and if you look close he has on armor, theres a tab on his side tword the back in first pic where the armor snaps on or off so the blood look on his chest might just be translusent red plastic in the armor for effect.

Scott did a lot of s...I mean,bad things with MOTU,but I have to admit, all this Mosquitor teaser was very nice and the San Diego road picture is gold key to close it!

I think he is going to be an amazing figure! I agree that it looks like no back tanks but I will be happy regardless if that is indeed real liquid as many are speculating. I could see them losing the tanks to justify the extra tooling for blood. Dan this is going to be one awesome figure! I hope he meets your expectations!

I dont know if anyone has really held a heman figure up at the angle in this pic... an noticed how HUGE that torso wrap around body armor front section is sticking the chest. But its coming out VERY far... it might be VERY possible that it has a very thin area with red liquid in it... or that u can fill yourself.

I am holding out hope, as I have to agree with Dan on the fact that this is a major feature for the vintage figure, like slush heads dome feature was for slush head.

This figure is not complete, you may still see something, there may be a way of attaching them that we don't know....Mosquitor like Stinkor had enough different accessories in 200X to justify getting them....so it's not over until he's fully revealed. Stinkor may have lost paint to gain his tanks and extra head and all, Mosquitor may yet get his tanks.

The only way I can see the tanks being possible, is if the extra legs can unplug, and be swapped for the tanks.
Which is kind of weird, as the staction had the legs on the side anyway, and not the shoulders. So if they were going to make both, why not the ability to display both? I'll guess that there are no tanks based on the amount of 'deco' it would supposedly cost them.
