How does Buzz Saw Hordak's action feature work?

Hi. I have two Buzz Saw Hordaks. One is complete with the buzz saw but neither seem to work. the lever/flap at the top of his back is there but it seems loose and doesn't do anything to make the buzz saw shoot out of his chest. I presume that's what is supposed to happen. I can't find video or photos anywhere online showing how the action feature works. I found the 80s commercial but it's pretty grainy and doesn't show how to activate the action feature. Can anyone help who has a complete BSH that works? Cheers, Justin

Yes, when you press down the lever, which his cape is attached to, on his back, his chest flap should open and the buzz saw should shoot out from his chest. It's actually quite a powerful firing mechanism, if you hit another figure with the buzz saw, you could manage to topple the other figure over.
Unfortunately, it looks to me, that some parts on your Buzz Saw Hordaks are broken...

Thanks Smaug, yes i think i'm 2 x unlucky. do you think the mechanism is spring loaded? I'm wondering if I put my mind to it that I may try fixing it somehow.

I don't think the mechanism is spring loaded. It's just a matter of pressing the buzz saw out of its secured position. I think you will need to open up the chest piece and see how it's done. My guess is that a tab or something similar, has come off, or is broken.

Let us know how it goes and please show pictures, if you can!

    Good luck..!
