1. krosfyah: Is there a reason it takes almost to over a month to receive figures in Canada using usps? When I buy from matty the figures tend to come JUST before the next batch is on sale despite my shipping notice coming in a few days after the order confirmation. it makes no sense. To add to that, Many canadian fans are saying their packages are marked with post marks from sweden. Why would our toys be routed from California through SWEDEN? not only is it inconvenient, but it also puts us at a higher risk for paying custom fees.

International shipping can be difficult and we are working on more options to roll out for 2013. Many times less expensive international options take longer.

2. EatTheseCrackers: The vintage line saw the release of Cliff Climber, Power Tools, Scubattack, Jet Sled, Mega Laser and Beam-Blaster & Artilleray. Any consideration towards working these into the Weapons Pak SKU?

Nothing set right now but we'd love to tackle these if the stars align. We will need to see how the Windraider sells in July when it goes back on sale. That will be a big test.

3. Coptur: Should The Mighty Spectors bio have said King Adam and not King He-Man?

King He-Man is correct. More info will be revealed in time. Keep reading the bios!

4. Nemisythe: With Granamyr being higher in price, would Matty consider having DR charging customers 2 monthly installments of the finalized price to ease the blow?

No, we will not offer this item on installments. This is one reason we announced the figure over a year in advance and will announce a final price and avail date at SDCC this summer. To give customers plenty of time to manage their finances if they want to purchase this item.

5. Jerec350: There are fans who complain of Skeletor's head looking more like a bonnet than a hood. What are the chances of the Alcala Skeletor hood (not face) or Pre-Ternia He-Man hood being used for future Skeletor releases?

That head is exclusive to Demo-Man and there are no plans to reissue it anytime soon. It is one of the accessories that really drove sales for Demo-Man which was intentional.

I think it's because they would be uniquely tooled accessories that would have little to no tooling reuse down the road. The weapons packs have mainly been repainted/recolored weapons, with the sole exception of the one with the Weapon Rack, but in that case with the rack being the only unique tool... it still came with a lot of recolored weapons.



I do find the answer to the Skeletor hood question to be funny since the person asking it didn't want the entire exact same head released, just a version that looks like the same hood but with the 'normal' face.

Unique tooling that cannot be really reused, you are only taking into account the end result as a customer

The $45 price point has nothing to do with the $10,000-150,000+ molds needed

Its just as expensive to make a figure as a vehicle, except the figure they can reuse for multiple things thus cutting the expense to the budget

I think the point still stands, the hood helped the overall face design which drove sales of the figure. If they moved that hood or something similar to a reg skeletor then it would not make the Alcala head as special....or at least that is what I gather their point to be

Will the Snake Mountain stands only be available to purchase in the May sale? -OR- will they be available year round like the current Grayskull stands are on mattycollector.com?

...as that might affect whether or not if ppl buy them.

Scott totally misread the point of my question. I was not asking for the Alcala head to be reissued. I wanted to know if the hood from it or Preternia Disguise He-Man could be used.
