Tips on creating Dree Elle and Uncle Montork

Does anyone have any good tips on making action figures of Uncle Montork and Dree Elle? I want to make some so Orko wouldn't feel lonely.

For an Uncle Montork, I took some yellow craft foam and made glasses, then glued them onto his face. Then I used hot glue and made strands until I had a thick beard that covered the "O" & painted it white. I think he turned out great!


As for Dree-Elle, I'm wondering that one too.

Montork is probably the easiest to make. I have yet to make him, but (like the awesome one by Mistico) if you make the vintage version or a MOTOC version it's mostly adding glasses and a beard to a regular Orko figure. I fear Dre-Elle would be much harder to execute. Unlike his vintage counterpart, MOTUC's Orko has a sculpted-on hat meaning lots of carving and resculpting would be required. Stating the obvious, I know.

I think I may have a solution, but I'm not going to say more until I have it figured out to the end.
