. I liked him, but in the end, it just felt like his only gimmick was his big tusks. Neat looking, but more of a background creature than a main baddie.

This slimey fellow uses a Mer-Man/Skeletor buck, with Hordak shins, a new head, and armor with tentacles. I would have loved this guy when I was a kid, but I already had some strong Horde entries and didn't want to submit too many.
As He-Man and the Masters launch into space for the New Adventures era, I wanted to give the Evil Mutants a female member. Enter, NOXIA - Evil Mistress of Pollution!
She would use the Marlena buck, and even her helmet, with new backpack, forearms, and lower legs. The idea was that she was a mutant from a world full of beings composed of the poisonous air of her atmosphere. Skeletor had a suit made for her that would contain her form, and allow her to control and weaponize her gaseous form. I would have liked to seen her head and some smoke effects done in translucent plastic, for that "vapor" effect. For her, I just felt that she wasn't a formidable enough enemy, and didn't think she would translate to toy well.
Back to Eternia, and Skeletor's newest ally - the DUST DEVIL - Evil Master of Sandstorms!
I really wanted to challenge myself by using unique bucks, so I created Dust Devil to use Sy-Klone's unusual chest design. He also uses most of Sy-Klone, with a new head, new feet, and armor with tail piece. He would definitely need a "wind-effect" attachment! He got bumped because I just didn't feel Skeletor needed a "wind" guy.
