Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

What's so secret or special about it?
Can someone PM me the US number for Matty? I want to talk to someone who might has a clue of what is going on.
Evil will always triumph because good is dumb.
I love it, I was on the fence about this figure but I'm going to buy him for sure now.
Was his staff cut? I don't see it.
I'm actually getting excited for Horde Prime now. He seems like one of the cooler figures coming out soon (or maybe Vykron has made everything else look better, not sure...)
I absolutely love the figure, the sculpt is awesome, but it seams that we'll have another shoulder issue.
He will share Roboto's arms, and if you pay attention to both photos, there's a difference in the shoulder area. On the prototype the circuits clearly make a connection to the upper part of the bicep, and on the test shot, it doesn't seam to match.
Horde Prime looks amazing! I want to get two to make the UK version and keep the 4H one as well (without the helmet). I hope the shoulders are fixed and Scott should make some kind of announcement ASAP if in fact they are correct or not to avoid another Stinkor debacle in public relations. Again, what a great looking figure.
NO DYLAMUG? WE DIAL A MOB!!
kinda looks like i expected it to lookthat is one bulky figure, head to toe
That figure really has grown on me since it's first reveal. I'm still bummed that it ain't a large-sized figure, but Horde Prime looks like a lot of fun!![]()
"Why's Dragstor riding on Night Stalker?" "Cause he can."
Wow! The non-UK head looks even more gruesome and kick-ass than I expected! I would love to see a larger image of that face!
Ooh, and the bio!
And then, most importantly, I would love to see this beast standing proudly on my Horde shelf ASAP.
As for the (possible) shoulder issue, I, for one, couldn't care less about the state of the shoulders (I never noticed 'em on Roboto or Hsss until someone else pointed them out, and even then it didn't bug me). I'm just THRILLED that Horde Prime, another character that I've wanted in toy-form since I was a kid (along with Queen Marlena and Shadow Weaver), will finally receive the representation that he's long been owed. (And, BTW, that comment was not meant to be dismissive of those who are concerned about the shoulders--I was merely trying to convey that I'm excited for him regardless.)
The only question is: will I display him with helmet or without? I was going to go with the helmeted head for three reasons:
(1) it looks like what we could see of HP in the cartoon, and that's my personal favorite canon;
(2) the UK head, while great, would look wrong (to me) on a body that was so very different from the UK body;
(3) I figured the red head beneath would just be Hordak's head repainted, with the added wings and maybe an extra bump or two on the noggin--I wasn't expecting it to look SO different.
Now I don't know what to do!![]()

It's still a test shot. Stinkor's forearms are correct on the test shot. We won't know til review samples.
We won't know in any reviews. I remember Scott saying they are removing the secret Horde Prime head under the helmet from all review samples just like they did with the extra Megator & Man-E-faces heads. Scott said we will have to wait till we get Horde Prime to see what he looks like.
Oh, really? That's kind of funny. I get wanting to maintain the surprise, but it's kind of funny people will be reviewing a headless figure! I suppose they can use the alt head, but I'm not sure that's going to sell many people on the figure when they watch the review as it feels sort of mis-matched.
Could that face show an 'Old Hordak'? So Horde Prime is actually not Hordak's brother but Hordak himself who got thrown back in time by Skeletor?
Ahhh! Look what showed up on eBay.

Cool! I actually thought the second head was a classicized Imp shield at first glance!
EDIT: I'm SO happy Mattel got both of his arms removable, like they wanted to do for Roboto the first time. Maybe this can lead to a new Roboto down the line with a 200X head, chest plate cover and corrected shoulders? That might be sweet. I'd like one.
Lots of pics of Horde Prime from that person, including a hidden one! (the first one in this thread, but without the image tag).
Here's a pic of him WEARING the "secret" head:
