All these are possible. I know that Sea Hawk and Dactys were heavily believed to have been revealed in NY and since then, I haven't heard too much whisperings on them, but they're still possible.

He does need the snake men logo on his upper torso. Or they can give him his 200X armor.

I had a dream Thursday night that at SDCC Snake Face was revealed. I don't recall many specifics as far as his appearance, but cosmic powers are clearly alerting me to Snake Face's imminent arrival.

Now for what it's worth, in my dream SDCC was held in Queens where I grew up and Toyguru was carrying around prototypes in the trunk of his car. Also another MOTUC fan made a pass at my wife and we almost came to blows.

So yeah...Snake Face may be coming soon...and therapy too!

    Mosquitor For September?

I think TG confirmed Mosquitor is the September figure, but judge for yourself:

The Undisputed Champion: Upcoming September Figure’s Hint........I know it will be revealed in upcoming weeks, but "Howa Bout A Hint" on the upcoming figure ?

Hey, even a tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny hint will do !!
    Toyguru: It is a male.
    http://forums.mattycollector.com/eve...657#1161053657

    bamf1980: TG,

    Inquiring minds want to know...

Will the upcoming reveal of the September figure show us the full body of they figure we've been seeing teasers for...or will it be someone else entirely?
Toyguru: You will see the full body of the figure. It will not be a small image of one area's detail. Whom that figure is we are not saying....

(yeah, I'm not confirming or denying Mosquitor if that is what you were looking for...)
    http://forums.mattycollector.com/eve...7/m/5171000657

bamf1980: I wasn't asking if it was Mosquitor.

I was asking if the upcoming reveal will be the same character as the two mystery photos we've seen, or if it will be someone else.
Toyguru: Oh come on! The mystery figure is clearly Mosquitor so I think I answered this. ;-)
    http://forums.mattycollector.com/eve...657#4661053657

So...I think TG confirmed Mosquitor for September.

In other Mosquitor news, Pixel Dan HAS to dress up as Mosquitor for SDCC!!!

Darkspecter: Hi TG! I was wondering if you are still going to wear a "The Mighty Spector" costume to SDCC? If you don't want to wear all that spandex, it would be hilarious if you made it like one of the cheap 80's costumes: a mask and then a one-piece plastic outfit that has a picture of the character and says "I am The Mighty Spector"! lol Those always crack me up.
Toyguru: If Pixel Dan shows up as Mosquitor I will hold my half of the bargin.
    http://forums.mattycollector.com/eve...7/m/5611072657

You HAVE to dress up as Mosquitor, PD! It will make for and epic SDCC. I can already imagine the SDCC walkthrough starring Mosquitor and The Mighty Spector!

I guess after the "dramatic price increase" news, there was a need for some "attention deflector" and for a better news...

If it's Mosquitor, that's a great news indeed.

I think there are a few costume makers on here that could give you a few ideas (like .orger Vahn...he was King Randor last year). The head piece is going to be the hardest thing to make. Cardboard around a bicycle helmet might work for the structure. That way it would be nice and light and less of a pain to wear. I'm not a costume maker, but that's my suggestion.

    Maybe it's Frosta AND Mosquitor.

The Quarterly variant is running late. I have the news in the Toyguru May news thread.

Please Dan "do it, do it" as Ben Stiller said it in Starsky and Hutch.

Wouldn't that be really a lot of fun if Mosquitor would interview The Mighty Spector about the SDCC line up for 2012/13???

Maybe Tanya Tate can chime in dressed as Frosta!!!

I think she was August running late, so she's in September now. So, August and September monthly figures are in September...I think.

But wasn't that Shadow Weaver? I thought it went SW bumped Horde Prime to a reg slot and that character got bumped to next year which was the first true 200x variant.

I've been wondering who that was. I'm guessing Battle ground Roboto. He would have fixed shoulders from HP and maybe a new chest piece with back cannon. Plus if wp3 has silver TJ weapons, he could have double blaster action.

I have a feeling it might be something more simple (in terms of production) than some of the other ideas thrown around in this thread.
And the much rumoured Mekaneck is still awaiting a release...

I think Mekanek is one character that, unlike Kobra Khan or Sy-klone, really does need his original 'action feature' to be replicated in his Classic version. I'd sooner he was held back and done 'right' than just have a weak 'neck extension' piece. As such, I don't think they'd but such a potentially retooled figure out with Mosquitor (big presumption that he will be retooled of course, more a hope, really).

See, to me Mek is an example of a figure I'm looking FORWARD to not having an action feature in. I want to be able to turn his waist any direction I'd like and have his neck either extended or not.

Oh, I never liked the torso-twist at all, for exactly the same reasons - But I would like to see a partially hollowed upper torso piece into which a manually telescoping neck could be mounted. The inclusion of a simple 'next extension' just wouldn't feel... right somehow.

I'm thinking we'll see Clamp Champ sooner rather than later given recent happenings.

I also think, that Clamp Champ is ideal for a late figure.

    -vintage heroic
    -easy to made
    -C-List character
Last important characters: Two Bad, Tung Lashor, Squeeze, Modulok, Horde Trooper
