I've been really happy with everything. No major QC issues that weren't easily handled.

I'm thinking that cherry picking the 30th line would have been a better idea for me. We'll see!
I'm hoping for a Disco Skeletor for the next subscription exclusive! Fully flocked!

Absolutely! But I would have tried harder to get that Bronze KG, wish I had that figure.

Absolutely! Even though the way I collect now is VERY different from how I started (used to collect MOC and loose, used to be a completeist), I don't think I'd change a thing.

I would go back and tell me to buy 2 subs... And to get on Mattycollector quicker for Tytus... he sold out before I could get him and I had to resort to ebay....

Also I would buy 4 Wind Raiders instead of just 3. What was I thinking

    A thousand times yes.

I'll collect this line as long as they keep producing it. That simple.

Yeah i'd do it all again. I really have no regrets except that i wish i had found out about the line from the start rather than mid-2009!

Only thing I would change is getting every sub. I skipped the first one.

HECK YEAH!!!!! Besides some of the quality issues this is my favorite action figure line ever made. The figures are beautiful. I have yet to get one that I disliked.

MOTUC is everything that I had wished the 200x line would have been. The figures felt like a real evolution of the original 80s designs. Although I really liked the stactions, I never quite got into the look and feel of the figures from the 200x line.

So would I do it all again, even though MOTUC has been a headache from time to time?

    Yes.

Sure, the only thing I'd tell myself is that the line is going to be huge and I won't have room for everything so start cherrypicking right away.

Yes, I'd still be in despite the problems and shoddy customer service. These are the best figures I've ever held in my hands, and the best property ever.

I love the MOTU and POP characters and I love having a cohesive collection. So I would for sure buy into the line again.

Nope. As much as I love the line, the qc problems I have had and the headaches going through Digital River would make me tell my younger self to just walk away. It would be a close call because the good of this line is so ridiculously good, but it has also been a royal pain in the *&^ for me to collect. And the way that Mattel has handled the line makes me think they don't deserve the large amounts of money that I have dropped into it. (That said, if 2008 me knew they would do a Photog, he wouldn't listen to 2012 me anyway...)
Photog is here! thank you, Mattel!

Now how about some mini-comics love (like Lodar, Geldor, Dakon......)? And Mermista?

if i could tell myself something last year when they said to go ahead and buy the sub because combining day of sale purchases with sub postage would be possible, then i'd say: 'don't believe anything mattel has to say about DR as it is all spin, broken promises and wishful thinking that's going to end up costing you a couple hundred euros by year's end'.

I didn't start collecting until Zodac, so I would have begun right away. Also I would warn myself not to bother trying to enter the Battlecat coupon code. JUST PLACE YOUR ORDER, PAST ME!!!

Otherwise, I'd do it all again. I know there are problems with the line, but for me the biggest problem is not having Ram Man yet.
