Mouse Guard with Labyrinth and other tales hardback
    Voltron Force
    Transformers
    The Smurfs and Tinkerbell
    Lady Death
    the New 52
    Spider-man

Apparently I got two Star Wars/Serenity (my store had many things with both covers showing)
Green lantern and Young Justice with Superman Family
    The Avengers age of Ultron

I also picked up Legend of Drizzt Neverwinter Tales Hardback.

Hastings had buy two bagged and boarded comics get a 3rd free and 5.99 used trades, sadly two weeks ago they cleared out almost 75% of their trade stock so there wasn't much to choose from.

I forgot that was today. By the time I went out, everything was already gone. I mainly just wanted Transformers #80.5.

Man did I hit the jackpot today. I was suppose to get six (the store limit is 3, plus additional ones if you donate a canned good), but my mom gave me her three free ones. Here are the following comics I've gotten:
*Mouse Guard: Labyrinth and Other Stories
    *Donald Duck Family Comics
*3 Adventure Time comics (2 I had to pay for because they came out recently)
    *Finding Gossamyr
    *The Infernal Devices Clockwork Angel
    *Spiderman season 1
    *Star Wars
*The New 52 (a comic book featuring Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman)
    *Lady Death the Beginning
*Popeye (I had to pay this one too because it was recent).

Here's the other stuff I got:
*Thor FCBD figure (free at the comic book store)

My girlfriend and I made a day of it, as usual. Got my nephew, headed to the shop, had a blast, gout our comics. Had lunch, went to some thrift stores, then went to see "The Avenger."
Our local shop lets everyone get as many free comics as they want, within reason. A lot of people grabbed one of everything. We got:

    -DC New 52
    -Bongo Free-For-All
    -Mouse Guard and other stories
    -Marvel Age of Ultron
    -Spider-Man Season One
-Zombie Kid (me nephew really liked this one)
-Girl With the Dragon Tatto preview
    -Graphic Elvis
    -Superman Family Adventures/GLTAS
    -Peanuts/Adventure Time x 2 (extra for a friend who couldn't make it)
    -Atomic Robo
    -Dinosaurs vs. Aliens
    -Valiant preview
    -Thor figurine
Plus the stuff in my pull box(last two issues oif Simpsons Comics, new issues of Spongebob Comics and Simpsons One-Shot Wonders).

I did miss out on the Donald duck comic, as they had none of those. Great day all-around, spending today reading them all.

    Buffy/Guild
    Star Wars
    Sonic
    Green Lantern
    Voltron Force

The Blonde Teela (Battleground and Alcala Teela) Thread
The Cloak and Dagger Evil-Lyn (The Real 200X Evil-Lyn) Thread

I misse dout on the freebies as the only ones left when I got there (about an hour after they opened) were like Spongbob Squarepants and some other kiddie titles. I did take advantage of their discounts though and picked up some old MOTU comics and some Avengers graphic novels.

I got the only two things I cared about, Judge Dredd and 2000 AD. The rest were crap.

However, my comic store was having a special BOGO Free on graphic novels, so I have been saving for weeks with the intent to buy Volumes 2-6 of Saga of the Swamp Thing and all they had was Book 2. Even AMazon does not seem to have any of the others instock, which is really p'ing me off because I want to read through the series now!!
Can someone PM me the US number for Matty? I want to talk to someone who might has a clue of what is going on.

and Marvel Season One. I also took advantage of a big sale they had on everything in the store. Got a Filmation Original He-Man Cell with certificate of authenticity for next to nothing. Also let my son pick out two posters for his room.....he chose the Back to the Future and Ghostbuster Movie posters.....I was so proud......he's 7....lol.

I never lived in such close proximity to SO MANY comic book stores before moving to Ohio. It has become tradition to go to the closet 10 LCS. I enjoy going to different comic shops and buying at least one new book in thanks for the freebees. My goal is to get a full set as it forces me to read that which I normally wouldn't. I have fallen in love with SOOOO many great titles! Unfortunately I got a later start then I had planed so I missed out on a lot of the freebies. I got to a couple places and had a lot of fun with the local Star Wars cosply group, the 501st. I purchased the last copy of SAGA Vol. 1 ($10, such a great price!) and Son of Merlin #1-#3 One shop was having 30% off back issues so filled in some holes in my Invincible collection! I got the #75 Incentive cover for a great deal! Also got the video game Injustice:Gods Among Us for nearly half off at Toys R Us thanks to a Stormtrooper for telling me about the sale!

My FCBD haul: (sorry for all caps, I'm lazy and C/P from the site's non printable list]
    INFINITY
ITS AN UGLY DOLL COMIC & OTHER STUFF
    SESAME STREET & STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
    TMNT NEW ANIMATED ADVENTURES
    WALKING DEAD SPECIAL (Net) (MR)
    ACTION TIME BUDDIES
    APHRODITE IX #1
AVENGERS ASSEMBLE HULK AGENTS OF SMASH #1
    FANTAGRAPHICS PRINCE VALIANT
    JUDGE DREDD CLASSICS
    MASS EFFECT KILLJOYS RIPD
    TOP SHELF KIDS CLUB

Disney Fairies, and Steampunk OZ were also not at my store. The last few years we got the whole selection of titles this year we missed some really good ones.
