Subs STILL not combined?!

Just checked my online order history and saw that I have separate orders for my 30th and MOTUC main subscriptions this month. I thought Matty and DR were supposed to be getting these combined for this month. Did I miss an announcement stating that this wasn't going to happen? I thought they were working on it after I got a refund for shipping for one of my orders that should have been combined last month.

Mine combined last month, so you may want to look at the email they send when the item is being charged to see if they are combined or not. Didnt your MOTUC and 30th combine last month when Draego Man came out? If not, then I am not surprised you are having issues again. Better call and speak to our friends at DR!

I ask TG in the ask matty about this. Even pointed out that I was asking 10 days before sale date and if he could guarantee subs shipping together. His answer "All subs will ship together after the first month"

Mine are combined. I just got my email and it's $11.75 shipping for all 3.

I posted on Matty about this issue, with nil response. I asked for clarification as when i spoke with CS they advised they weren't able to link the accounts and shipping would be separate. So who to believe? This lack of information led me to cancel my card and now i receive an urgent notice from matty indicating they couldn't charge me for my figures separately. That's the way its going to stay as im not about to be shelling out more cash if this company can't sort themselves out. The other factor is, I have found that when purchasing the figures on sales date they are delivered a lot quicker then the subs. If i miss a figure that's fine im happy to resort to the secondary market.

Mine combined this time around. And the last time was my fault. New CS team fixed it lightning fast.

Because it's the first month for the DC sub and first month of any sub does not combine with the other subs (not-on-their-first-month subs). That said my Club Eternia and 30th anniversary subs are shipping separately this month, although they shipped combined last month.

Mine are shipping separatly again and I didn't receive a refund last month. I'm supposed to get a refund this month though...5-7 days...we'll see. $19.25 shipping for 3 figures. Lame.

Mine are shipping seperately. They did last month also, but I got a refund. If I get a refund again and it doesn't delay me getting Stinkor and Slushhead due to the lateness of the Mighty Spector, I'll be a very happy Panda.

For those of you who are still having trouble getting your subscriptions to combine, did you select different shipping methods for your different subs? For example, UPS ground for Club Eternia and USPS ground (Newgistics) for the 30th sub?

I thought I had UPS for both but somehow my 30th sub has been coming via the not UPS way whatever its called. I guess I'm going to have to suck it up and call Digital River to find out what the hell is going on.

You should definitely call them if they are charging you for UPS Ground shipping because it's more expensive.

Well some of the suggestions have proved that if your orders are being sent through separate service (UPS/USPS) that would be the reason why. But for those just receiving emails separately, it's nothing to fret; I get separate confirmations all the time and yet everything comes together (even if it's separate boxes due to the quantity) but it's all classified as one.

-Another issue I've learned through my experience is; if there has been anyone incident you've had with DR where you sub was cancelled yet you had to have it 'manually' fixed by anyone in CS Dept. your shipping automatically went to their default service (USPS). When the whole Megator/Man-E-Faces issue occurred, I had to get in touch with someone to reinstate my sub which usually came UPS, but after they fixed it for me I began to receive all my shipments via USPS now. In ways it's slightly delayed but less expensive so I never really made an issue with it.

MINE are shipping separately AGAIN. I called last month (when it happened the 1st time) and was promised it wouldnt happen again. Wel it did. Im wondering? Does this mean Stinkor and Slushy will get here sooner? BLAH. I love these figs, but I hate these subscriptions.

I get that's what he is saying now, but when everyone ordered the subs that was not the case. There are many times in Mattel pressers where it is stated, "as always subs ordered together will ship together, in an amount or combination"

Have they ever told us why that changed?
