I agree the debates in the Tar Swamp rarely get that heated, moderators do a good job keeping things from going too far. I see it more as an extension of the Other Discussion Forum, just an area to keep away from the eyes of children for more adult topics, not all of them are controversial.

I don't think this thread was moved there. We don't move threads to the Tar Swamp. If needed, we delete the thread and ask the poster to repost it in the TS because not everyone has access. I will admit in shame that I did it once, but this thread is not it.
