MOTU Classics Mighty Spector Video Review by Pixel Dan

For my money even the WORST classic MOTU figure is better than spector because it's in some way unique. a casual observer will NEVER look at spector and say 'is he from he-man" and that's the failing.

Ehh, you could say that about Rio Blast or Sy-Klone for that matter.

In all honesty, if TMS had come in the 'Palace Guard mock-up' colors, I would have bought him, because with that color scheme he at least looked like an upgraded guard with a special place in the palace security forces, which is what Spector is.

I don't begrudge Scott a character choice, and that's not what I dislike about this character. When I saw the Power-con reveal photos, I didn't like him because the color scheme, the Marvel-inspired design, and the 'Mighty' in his name. The adding of the Gary Stu elements (Time Travel, King He-man's go-to) just made him more of a 'Must Avoid' for me. Because my feelings about the figure and character are purely subjective, I'm not the least upset that other people like him or found a way to make use of him. It's just that TMS for me will be like Tytus; I'll own him when he becomes a Mad Matty pack-out, and only then.

Omg Same here. He has become a fun favorite of mine. Inspite of everything i hate about him from color and his unMOTUlike design. He has been fun to play with.

It might be as I'm a fan of the Phantom, and Deadpool is not half bad either! Ha.
No all jokes aside, He is a neat little guy, kind of ambiguous enough that anyone can pretend they are The Mighty Spector!
Even though it is Toyguru, and considering we are grown ass men. lol
